Teddy bears and small pillows can also be washed on high heat, or you can chuck them in a bag, place them in the freezer, leave them overnight. Extreme temperatures will kill them off. While the sheets are being washed, vacuum your mattress. If it has a removable bag, throw it out immediately. You can do all these things and still have problems with bed bugs.
