You don't need to leave your house. You need to go check out any properties, talk to us, any sellers in person. You need a college degree, you don't need any real estate license, you don't need any sales experience. As long as you're willing to put your head down, you're consistent, and you stay down like I did for at least a couple years, you'll be able to save up and get one of these just like I did. Oh, what?
