how to make 2025 the greatest year of your life

Jesus Gabriel Mendez went from a chaotic low-income life to earning $50-70K a month by age 20. He breaks down eight habits for 2025: build a specific vision board, stack daily wins, finish what you start, hyper-focus on one task, eliminate environmental noise, delegate to virtual assistants, plan ruthlessly, and get crystal-clear on how to make money.

How to unfuck your life. I can tell you from my experience, I had a fucked up life because all of the habits, because of the mindset, because of the work ethic, because of the consistency that I had, right? All of those things were the drawbacks in my life, and I changed those things, and now my life is amazing, right? For the past couple years, I've been super fucking consistent in my business. I hover between $50,000 to $70,000 as a 20-year-old. I have my dream car, I have my dream apartment, I buy anything I fucking want, my parents are taken care of. Which is the most important thing, and I have the freedom to do whatever I want. And that's what I want for a lot of you guys that are willing to do the work. For all of you guys that aren't willing to do the work, you deserve what you get, right? First thing, it all starts in the mind. If you have the wrong mindset, you will never achieve anything. As corny as it sounds, but the frequency in which you live in is based off what you frequently see. If you frequently see your goals, let's say you have a vision board, which I 100% recommend for you guys, if you actually wanna reach your goals in 2025. Build a vision board of what car you want, what apartment you want, how much money you want, what do you want for your family members, anything, what girl you want, what body you want, what diet you want, everything. You need to be super specific. If you want a certain car, I want you to find out the down payment, the interest rate, your credit score, right? The monthly income that you're gonna need, the insurance payment, whatever mods you're gonna do to that car. I want you to completely understand it A through Z, because if you understand your goal, you understand every aspect of it, then it'll be way easier for you to build the plan to get to that goal, right? So if you're consistently looking at a vision board every fucking day, how do you look at that and then look at yourself in the mirror and say, I don't really want that, when you put it on the vision board? But you tell yourself, I don't really want that, when you give yourself rules and you don't do them. I tell myself I'm going to wake up at a certain time and I do it. Right? And I obviously have that bitch voice inside of my head that says, "Ah, let's get 5 more minutes, 10 more minutes, 15 more minutes. It's not that bad, nothing's going to change." What's going to change is that I lose that win in the morning. Your day goes through wins or losses. Did you wake up in the morning? Beautiful. Did you do it on time? That's a win. Did I do my 50 push-ups? That's a win. Did I call the people I was supposed to call? That's a win. Did I show up for my employees? Yes, I did. That's a win. Did I eat what I was supposed to eat? Boom, that's a win. Did I go to the gym at the right time? Boom, that's a win. If I stack these wins, I'm at a high-ass frequency. Nothing can fucking get to me. I get a bullshit-ass comment on my phone? Fuck that guy. He hasn't had any wins today. That's why he's hating on me. There's frequencies to this world. When you're at a frequency of a fucking winner, you can only do nothing but fucking win. And even when you take a loss, you take it as a learning lesson because you're at a high enough frequency where you take the learning lesson from that and you implement it into your life to know that you're never going to go through that mistake again. Everything starts in the mind, and your actions follow based off what you think about. Every single word that you say is holy. Words are spells. If you call yourself a loser, you're going to end up being a loser. If you hang around a bad group of friends, you're going to eventually be like them. You hang around a group of winners, you're eventually going to win. Your words, your mindset, your habits, your consistency, all of this matters. It's all a big circle that revolves around you. So if the environment that you're in isn't what you want to live by, what you want to live in, right, what you want to experience in this only one life that you fucking have, you need to change a lot of aspects about you. And if that's what you have to do this 2025, You need to fucking do it now. Stop pushing shit for tomorrow. Stop pushing shit for next week. Stop pushing shit so when it feels right. Nothing's ever going to feel right. If you're scared to make a decision, that is the decision that you're supposed to make. Because even if it's a bad one, you're going to take a learning lesson. If it's a good one, boom, you took that risk that 99% of people weren't never going to take, right? You made that call that 99% of people would fall into their feelings, into their little bitch voice that tells them don't make the call. What if everything goes wrong? You said fuck that and you took the win. You made the call. You woke up in the morning, you went to the gym, you ate right. All of these things will eventually stack, and day by day you're gonna have great couple hours. That's a great day. Great day for a couple days, that's a good week. Good couple weeks, that's a good month. Good couple months, that's a good year. And over time, your life, you'll look back and be like, damn, I'm fucking consistent now. And it's not about being fucking perfect because nobody's perfect. There's days I don't wake up on time, but as long as I backtrack and I say, okay, I didn't wake up on time, but let me still get everything done so I can look at myself in the mirror and say, you're the fucking man. Because even though maybe you went to bed too early, too late, you still woke up, you still did what you were supposed to do, you still checked that off your list. You know how good it fucking feels to get your to-do list done? It feels fucking amazing. How can I tell you this? Because I do it every fucking day. Why do you think I'm on a high enough frequency where nobody can fuck with me? Because I'm that guy when I look in the mirror. The confidence that I have is from doing all the rules, following all the rules that I tell myself I'm going to do. Right? Now, that's the mindset. Remember, if you're going through pain, you will learn, you will grow. And think, I want to give you this one. What you don't change, you choose. Right? Same thing about your environment. If you don't change your environment, you're choosing that environment. Don't change your partner and you're unhappy in that relationship, you're choosing that partner. If you're not enjoying your job and you don't change it, you're choosing that job. Everything that you don't change, you fucking choose, right? Now let me give you some, some tips, actionable tips besides mindset-wise, because I would like to be told step by step. I'm more of a let's do, let's do, let's do. So let me give you that. Number 1, finish everything to completion. Don't just start eating and not finish your food, right? You don't finish your food, you watch a YouTube video, you don't finish the YouTube video. You say you're gonna do your to-do list, you don't finish your to-do list. You're gonna say you're make— you're gonna make a call, you don't finish the call, right? It's not about, oh, let me finish all the food. It's about consistently training your brain to say, if I start something, I'm gonna fucking finish it. Right? Because over time, it might be 3 PM when you told yourself you're gonna do these things, and then you add a couple more factors up here. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 things that you, in that same day, you never finished. The cycle hasn't closed in your brain, so that's still taking up brain space. How the fuck do you expect to think clearly when all of these things have not been completed? Complete what you set out to do. You say you're gonna do something, if it's something quick, do it now. Why put it on your to-do list to do later? If I say I'm gonna make a call and I know that call's gonna take 5 minutes, I'd rather do that shit now because if I put it on my to-do list, it's gonna take up brain space and we can only make a certain amount of optimized decisions in a day. Why do you think in the school system, in some schools where there's uniforms, students perform better? Because that's one less distraction that students have, right? When you're thinking about, oh, what outfit should I wear? Oh, what is fucking Jenny gonna think about my outfit? What is Bob gonna think about my outfit? But when you're wearing a uniform, you don't even fucking think about that. It's a decision you automatically make and you move forward, right? But it doesn't take up headspace. So make sure every decision that you make, everything that you tell yourself you're going to do, finish it so it doesn't take up brain space and you start making shitty fucking decisions. That's the one thing— keeping your word to yourself. Next, being hyper-focused. Being this helps you in being hyperfocused, right? Because you're hyperfocused on one thing. I have ADHD, or at least I think I do. I haven't been diagnosed, but I'm self-diagnosing it, right? One task at a time. Finish one thing, move on to the next, and do it at the highest level. It's not about quantity, right? Because anybody can do a job for 10 hours and only get paid $50. But if you do one thing and the best of your abilities, and you're actually providing value, you will get rewarded by the universe. So let's say my thing was I needed to make a new business plan for scaling my wholesale business, right? I'm gonna focus on that business plan for that whole day. Somebody might say, oh, I could have done that in 5 minutes. But me taking 6 hours to make that business plan versus somebody doing it in 5 minutes. Mine has systems, mine has processes, mine has automations, mine has SOPs, like videos of me potentially to hire employees where I teach them exactly what to do so the onboarding process is super simple. Like, all of this shit is better than doing this and then moving on to a bunch of little tasks. It's called busywork. Stop doing busywork. Right, if you're at a point where you're already making money, delegate that to somebody else, right? If I have to make a spreadsheet of 50 different markets of buyers, I'm gonna delegate that to a VA, to a virtual assistant. It's gonna cost me $50, but I'd rather instead of spending 2 fucking days on this spreadsheet that's not gonna bring me a return instantly, I'd rather give that to a VA, spend the $50, and spend those 5 hours that I was gonna spend on that spreadsheet on something else that is gonna pay me, right? Focus on one thing. One thing that helps me with my ADHD, I bought this fucking timer. It's a cooking timer. I put— I tell myself I'm gonna do something and I put the timer right there. The only distraction that I have, right, is the timer and my screen. I have a triple monitor setup. I only focus on one thing at a time. If I have 50 tabs open, I'm gonna get notifications, right? I'm gonna get a notification, shit's gonna pop up, ads are gonna pop up, I'm gonna get distracted. Same thing with having both phones on my desk. It doesn't help me to have these with all the notifications on because I'm going to get distracted. I'm going to move on to the next thing. If I tell myself, hey, I need to send this text and I'm not focused on sending that text first, not worried about getting distracted, I will go on Instagram. I'll check my messages. I'll check my calls, right? And I'll get distracted and it will turn from a 30-second task to 30 minutes of me scrolling through Instagram. Make the work as easy as possible to focus on, right? It's— the work isn't going to be easy. If it was easy, nobody would fucking do it and nobody would be successful, right? Another thing: avoid the unlucky and unhappy. When I was talking about your environment, if you're around a bunch of fucking losers that are never lucky in life and they're ungrateful about all the fucking benefits, all the gifts that they have from living— think about this, you have— you are gifted this fucking day. A lot of you have all your limbs, you can speak clearly, you can hear clearly, you can see You woke up today. You know how many fucking people didn't wake up today? A lot of people. And you're not grateful for that. You're not thinking about that because we're used to it. You need to be around people that are grateful, people that are not satisfied about the position that they're in, and people that have a plan. Not everybody gets lucky, but everybody that doesn't get lucky and is complaining about it all the time and is ungrateful about their situation will never push you to be better. Avoid the unlucky and the ungrateful. Hang around losers., you will become a fucking loser. Hang around winners, you will become a fucking winner. Misery loves company. Avoid drama and people that don't add value to your life. It might seem selfish, but to be successful, you have to be fucking selfish. Avoid the people that don't bring you happiness, that don't bring you peace, or that don't bring you money. If people in your life in 2025 don't bring those 3 things, fuck off to them. When they ask you to hang out, you say no. The power of saying no is for you to focus on yourself. Focus on looking in the mirror and say, I did everything that I was supposed to do and I didn't diverge from that. I didn't get distracted from that. So focus on your fucking self this year and you'll see the change. Environment. Again, don't be around stupid fucking people and then be in an environment where you can focus. I remember when I was stuck at home, when I didn't have an office, bro, my little brother would come kick down my fucking door. My parents would scream at me. My parents would scream at my little brother. You've got garage doors opening, you've got people dropping off mail, you got people coming by the house, all these distractions. Go to a fucking coffee shop, get a nice pair of headphones, go to a coffee shop, go rent an office. Office is maybe $1,000, it's not cheap, but $1,000 for your focus where you can actually get fucking work done? I say that's really fucking worth it if you ask me. Or go get a Spaces membership, a Regus membership, a fucking WeWork membership. Yes, you're in a coworking space, but that's a space where people go to work. Put yourself in an environment where you're gonna win, where you're gonna be able to focus on meaningful tasks to get your business to the next level, to get your personal self-development to the next level. Routine. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you, I wake up in the morning, I manifest, I journal my thoughts, I read 10 pages of a book, I pray, and then I eat oatmeal and granola. That's bullshit. My routine is I wake up, I work out, I work, I eat, I study, I sleep, right? I recommend for you to have a detailed plan on how your weeks are gonna look like. Make a Google Calendar, it's fucking free. All right, from this time to this time I'm gonna get this done, from this time to this time I'm gonna get this done, and live by your fucking calendar. This is one thing I learned. I paid $4,500 for somebody to teach me how to use Google Calendar because that is the most value that I got out of paying that person to help me in my business. Focus on your calendar and don't break away from it. Next thing, clarity. You need clarity. All the people in my mentorship have clarity on what they need to do to make money. Everything outside of that is self-development. If they self-develop and they focus on what the fuck I tell them to do, they will be successful. But a lot of you guys have maybe everything else good, but you just don't have clarity on how to make money. So I'll give you two options. You either go on YouTube for the next 6 months of 2025 and you figure it out on your own, congratulations, you did it for free. You learned off trial and error. Or you get a fucking mentorship from a mentor. You don't have to go for me if you're not trying to be interested in wholesale real estate. If you are, you better fucking go with me. Come on, man, I know what the fuck I'm talking about. I'm legit. But if you're trying to do something else, find a mentor for it. Copy and paste their exact blueprint. And if you're not successful with it, cool. That might have been something from you. That might have been from the mentorship. But at least you'll learn something. You'll get ahead with a proven blueprint. You won't be wasting time on these YouTube videos. Oh, be better. Oh, do this. Oh, that. Wasting your fucking time. Let's not waste time in 2025, and let's fucking kill it. I wish you the best.
