Today we're going to be doing a POV drive in the McLaren 720S at 20 years old.
I'm gonna keep milking that until I turn 21, because once I turn 21, it's not gonna be special anymore. I need a Bugatti at 21. But we're gonna go drive around, rip it a little bit. We got a little bit less than half on the gas tank, and let's hear her start up. We got her in track mode. Just click all these buttons right here. Come on, buddy. And let's start her up. And our tires are not the best tread right now. They're a little bit low. Yo, talking about tread, the other day I was on the tollway and I almost crashed. I accelerated. I was between two cars, one was onboarding into the highway, and I accelerated and the shit just started slipping out. I wasn't even using my brain, I was just countersteering the whole time for like a good 15 seconds, 20 seconds.
And then, um, yeah, and then we saved it, thank God. And then today we almost got T-boned on the way to, uh, get a coffee, which is crazy.
Let's go ahead and get on the highway. Ooh, I don't know if that's the best option that we have. I think we should be good, but we will not be ripping it with all these, uh, these aren't cops, but still. But yeah, life's been pretty good, man. Life's been pretty good. A lot of unfortunate situations could have happened these past couple days, but luckily nothing happened. Luckily we all came out okay, and one of them is is not becoming a father. That's one thing that I will tell you guys. I don't know specifically what this video is going to be about outside of the POV, what we're going to talk about, but one thing I do want to mention is, as guys, as you guys are focused on the mission, as you guys are focused on becoming financially free, location free, time free, right, having all these things, be careful with women. Be careful with women. They will either help you grow an empire or take it down in a fucking day. Be careful with women. I don't know how many times I have to emphasize because I got to take my own advice with this. Please be careful. Not everybody— what's the quote? We see the faces, but we don't see the thoughts behind those eyes. That's the thing. Everybody might seem sweet, might seem nice, might seem productive, might seem quality from the outside, but you never really know. So just be careful. Use protection. Don't give out too much information. Be careful about what you share. Be careful about who you bring around your family, around your home, around your friends, because one wrong move, uh, one wrong woman can really tear down your whole empire that you're building. That's one thing I do want to emphasize. Let's give it a little rip. Hear that pop? She's quiet. She is a quick puppy. She's quick. But yeah, man, be careful. Be careful of the friends. Take the precautions you need to, even if you look wrong, even if you look a little bit weird, take the precautions that you need to. Otherwise, you know, in this life you only live once and you got to be careful about who you surround yourself with. Otherwise, man, I'll tell you, there's no point. There's no reason in taking these, these risks that don't really benefit you if they go wrong, you know, or even if they go right, they don't really benefit you by much. So be careful, man, especially with women, business partners. Don't, don't, don't try to force people to be somebody they're not, you know. Unless it's yourself. Because, you know, with yourself you can change who you are, you can change the way you think, you can change the way you act, you can change your environment, you can change a lot of things about yourself no matter how old you are. Obviously the older you are, it's going to be harder to change behaviors that have been ingrained with you for your whole upbringing, you know. But for other people especially, bro, don't try to change other people. Don't try to bring up people to your situation, to your goals, to your changes, because most won't want to go and most of the time it's gonna be a waste of time. I can tell you from my personal experience, I've had friends where, you know, I try to put them on, I try to tell them what they need to do and how to change their situation, but some people just don't wanna fucking change. Some people just don't care enough. Some people don't have their situation bad enough to where they actually wanna make a change. And I don't know where the fuck we're going, but we're going. We are going. Yeah, as far as cars, I love this 720, but I lowkey want something more reliable, man. I want something that I'm sure is going to turn on when I go and want to drive it. I just miss it.

But yeah, I'm thinking about about a GT3, maybe a GT3 RS if everything is going as it's going. The smartest one will probably be a Turbo S just because it doesn't matter how many miles I put on it, it's gonna hold its value, you know. And with this, bro, I don't know if you guys can see it, probably not in the video, but the windshield is broken. It's slowly breaking piece little by little. Every day this crack gets bigger, and, uh, I don't know why. I think it's because I removed the phone holder that I had up here a couple times. And, um, yeah, outside of all the bad, life has been good, you know. Business is doing well, students are doing well. Right now I'm working on a second version of the program, making sure we're adding, like this version of the program, I want it to be the best program that's out there for wholesale real estate. I want it to be compared to no other program. I want it to be the best of the best. That way the only reason somebody would not get results is if they're not working on it, you know, if they're not putting in effort. I think that's the only reason I would maybe be okay with somebody not getting results. They simply just don't want it. These roads are kind of tragic, I'm not going to lie. I don't know why.

'Cause if you have high focus, if you're using all those powerful emotions for a positive, then you can get one of these.

A lot of people are not picky enough with their women. I'm not gonna lie to you. I'm very picky. I, I refuse to settle for a woman that I think I'm settling for. A lot of people are picky with everything else in their life. They're picky about the car, they're picky about the house they want to live in, they're picky about what job they want to have, they're picky about what college they want to go to, they're picky about their shoes, about their clothes, about their appearance, about their facials. They're picky about everything else but women. Like, how are you gonna settle for a woman that is not going to help you build something, that is not a pure soul, when you feel that you deserve one? A lot of people are selling settling, bro. Not only from a romantic sense, but from a financial sense, from a freedom sense. A lot of people settle in this world, bro.

Jesus Gabriel Mendez. Let's park this baby in the garage. So I'm back home. I was working on a couple of things and I was just kind of brainstorming about the drive and about what I was talking about in the video. And I want to tell you guys as advice, and not only for myself, which I already gave myself this advice a couple minutes ago, of don't take what you have for granted. All of us that either— whatever you believe in, right? You believe in the universe, you believe in God, you believe in Jesus Christ, you believe in Allah, you believe in whatever you believe in. You ask for things, you manifest things, you want all these things, and you will receive them if you work for them, if you do everything in your power to get them, and you pray for them, or you manifest ask them, you will receive them. But one thing, as me, you know, the person you're watching that has received these things, these things before you, right? A lot of you guys are watching me and wanting to be where I'm at, have what I have, live the life that I'm living. As a person that has that already, don't take what you prayed for and what you got already for granted. Don't take it for granted because all of these things can be taken away at an instant. I can tell you by women, I can tell you by materialistic things, all these things can be taken away like that. And the past couple days, that has been very, very aware for me. Um, I just kind of became aware of it, but the signs have been there. The car could have gotten taken away from me in the past 48 hours on multiple occasions. Um, nothing financial, but you know, these things that we pray for, we will all receive as long as we're doing our part. Just don't take it for granted, because if you look at yourself in your position right now, you might not be in the exact position that you want to be in, or that you maybe prayed for a couple years ago, or a couple couple months ago, but you're in a better position, right? You're in a position where you're still living, you're still breathing, you still have some loved ones around you. Don't take that for granted. This life that we have, we only live it once. And be grateful for you having that opportunity, because a lot of people didn't wake up today. And I don't mean to be all philosophical or fucking stoic or any of this shit, but it's just the reality. Just be grateful for what you have. Be grateful for the opportunities to grow as a human, to all the boundaries that you have in your life, all the losses, all— everything happens for a reason. Be grateful for it.
