In this first‑person video, Jesus Gabriel Mendez walks viewers through his newly purchased $850,000 house, highlighting the transition from apartment living to home ownership. He showcases the garage (housing a McLaren and a Raptor that doesn’t fit), imported Indonesian chandeliers and countertops, multiple bedrooms with dual‑bed setups, a grand master suite, an attic, and a dedicated home office where he runs his 7‑year‑old real‑estate wholesaling business. Throughout the tour he emphasizes "versatility"—using different beds, closets, and workstations depending on his mood or business performance—and references his ADHD, which influenced the relocation of his office for better focus. The video blends lifestyle exhibition with soft promotion of his contract‑flipping education, urging viewers to subscribe for more real‑estate content while noting the risks of entrepreneurship.

We got a house. If you guys saw the previous video that I did of the apartment tour, I was talking about a house. I was talking about all the downfalls, the pros and cons of living in an apartment. I did that for 3 years, almost 4 years. It's very fun. I got out of it. I got out of that phase. Got tired of looking at the windows and tired of all the cons. And now we're at a house. I feel like a grown man. I come home and it feels like a home. I got my own garage. There's— it's a family neighborhood, you know. I feel like a man instead of going to an apartment. I gotta talk to all these people. None of that. Let's do a house tour. So as you can see, as you walk in, you got some shoes. Gotta take the shoes off because, you know, people, people are nasty. I know where people walk. This is, uh, to be gone. This is a chandelier that I've hit my head about 5 times walking around this house. It is very short. It's actually not very short. I'm actually 6'4", so that's why I'm so tall. But we go to this side again, a room that has not been used. We come over here. This is the guest bathroom. Nothing crazy. It's just a bathroom where you do bathroom things. You got the thing for the clothes. This is slowly turning into a showroom, but this is the laundry room. Then we go into the garage. Yes, I said a garage. I have a garage. Can you believe that? And in the garage you have the rocket. Yes, I do own a McLaren. Yes, yes I do. I know it's surprising. I do. It's not a rental. I've been renting it for almost a year now. But what sucks is I got the garage because I thought, okay, I'm gonna be able to fit both my cars in there. If you don't know, I also have a Raptor. I got the house, and then as I try to park the Raptor the first day I'm moving in It doesn't fit. So only that car goes in there. The Raptor stays outside. Now let's go over here. Have a beautiful chandelier that we imported from Indonesia. You walk in, this is a nice grand hallway. You got storage. Then you got the kitchen where I do zero cooking because I don't know how to cook. If you look at these countertops, these are also imported from Indonesia. Insane price point. This is next level luxury. Now you have the supposed to be dining room. I'm not that old yet. I've also hit my head a couple of times on here for your information. We have the same couch, kind of the same setup as the apartment, which we will be getting some new replacements for this, but this will work for now. We have the sign there. We have these huge windows, which kind of reminds me of the apartment. It's not as closed in. You're able to see outside. And we are living in a community where there's a cool thing behind the windows. But if I show it, you'll kind of know where I'm at located in the United States. We have the Samsung frame TV. Might come as a surprise, but that's not a picture. That's a TV, which is never used. You have a nice mirror there. There's a nice little room just to stand in, feel a little depressed like the guy on the floor. More storage. You got my vision board on there. And this is the grand master bedroom where the magic does not happen. Don't get it confused. Don't get it misconstrued. Now you might be asking, why do I have two beds? This is a little life hack. Depending on how my day goes, depending if my car turns on, depending how I eat, depending if, you know, I close a deal, that's when I sleep on this beautiful bed right here. As you can see, it is on Indonesian wood. That is very stable. But when my day goes bad, my car doesn't turn on, I get a new check engine light, my tire goes flat, a seller cusses me out, you name it. When I don't have one of the best days of my life, I sleep on this bed right by the wall so I feel like I should be doing better. You gotta have versatility in your life, and that's why I have two beds. As you can see, we have some red light and, uh, that. Then this is the bathroom. Again, versatility is going to be the main takeaway from this video. When I'm feeling amazing, I handle my business in this corner. When I'm feeling a little, you know, you know, I'm not going to say it, but I handle my business on this side. Then we have a tub that has never been used. I gotta tint that. I don't like how clear that is. And you got a nice glass shower. This was also glass imported from Indonesia. Then you got a bathroom in there, and this is the closet. Again, versatility. When I'm feeling amazing, I dress from this side of the closet. When I'm feeling a little, you know, I want to step outside of the box, I want to take a risk, I want to be somebody, you know, that is an individual, I dress from this side. A little bit more colors, a little bit more outside of the box. But that's why you need to have options. Now let's go Past the grand master bathroom, past the grand master bedroom, past the depressing little corner of the house, past the living room and the beautiful Indonesian kitchen. You have another beautiful chandelier. Then it's time to go to the second floor. Yes, I have a second floor. In the apartment I was at, a top floor, but I only had one floor. Options, people, options. Look at the beautiful wood that you're walking on. This is the peak luxury. Now, options again. If you feel normal, you want to have a great day, you walk through here. If you don't, you want to have a day that's outside the box, you just jump and you handle your business. Now we have this array of options that are not being used right now. As you can see, we're going to check out the attic as soon as we're done touring these two bedrooms, but that's for after. Right here you got storage space that we just walked by and a room that is not being used. You can hear the echo. This is a huge room. This is like 10,000 square feet on its own. You have a closet. Now let's walk to the other side of this long, super long hallway, 'cause this house is about 10,000 square feet. I'm actually being slowed down right now through the editing. We have another bathroom. These are essential. These are essential. Right here. These are essential. You need these in your life. Now we have another room that is not being used. We'll find a use for it. Now let's go to the other side. We have this super long hallway that my office used to be in, but the problem is I could hear every switch week, every crack in the house. I could hear all the, all the cars driving by. I could hear all the kids coming back from school because we are in a family neighborhood. And I didn't like that because I have ADHD, I have problems focusing. So I decided to move my setup from this second floor living room to here. Now brace yourself. Look at this beautiful concoction of a room where all the money is made, where all the riches are produced, where all the students are provided with the information needed to close their first wholesale deal. If this is the first video you're ever watching of me, welcome. My name is Jay. I've been wholesaling real estate for the past 7 years, and that's how I got this damn house. That's how I got my car. That's how I take care of my parents. You get the gist of it. I flip contracts, not houses. And this is where I do it from because, well, you don't have to go and check out the houses by themselves. You do it all from home from this beautiful setup, which we'll make a separate video about. We'll turn this light on just so you can see. We need more books on the bookshelf. I want to, I want to have the Tai Lopez background. Shout out to Tai Lopez getting sued by the SEC. What a guy. I have a whiteboard which will be not showing because that's confidential. And yeah, again, choices. When I'm feeling great, I sit in the black chair. When I'm not feeling great, I sit in the other chair. Now let's go downstairs. As you can see, a lot of walking room, a lot of room to think. A lot of room to visualize a life that you want to live. We'll turn this light off to save coins, and you can see the stairs. I hope you enjoyed this house tour, and this is the first video you watched, you should probably subscribe. You'll learn how to flip contracts, not houses, make a lot of money, but we do offer no guarantees Most businesses fail in the first 5 years, so I'm not promising you anything, but it worked out for me and a lot of my students. Now, thank you for being here. Uh, your time is, uh, up. Please leave.
