How does it normally go? I normally tell them, hey, I'm reaching out. I saw you filled a form out on my website that you were interested in selling. What's going on? But for the guys that don't have LLC, it literally makes no fucking difference. You don't need an LLC to run the business. I recommend it after you close 3, maybe 5 deals, because now you have money to actually protect, you have assets to protect. But in the beginning, you don't need an LLC. You can just name your last name and then property investments or private family investments and then run with that until you actually have the LLC form.
