In this motivational monologue, the speaker, a wholesale real‑estate closer with seven years of experience, argues that a salesperson’s success in selling high‑ticket properties (ranging from $200k to $1 million) is directly tied to total life discipline. He stresses that consistent gym work, proper hygiene, clear speech, and deep product knowledge are non‑negotiable. The speaker recounts his own early years of half‑assing the business, poor habits, and negative influences, which kept him from earning the money he wanted. A pivotal breaking point four years ago forced him to overhaul his lifestyle—adopting daily wins, caffeine‑fueled focus, and unwavering conviction. He warns that without this holistic consistency, prospects will see through a salesperson’s weakness, leading to “eating scraps” instead of big deals. The core message is that how you handle any single task reflects how you handle everything, and only by mastering personal habits can you convincingly sell high‑value real‑estate investments.

I just got off a call with my closers for my wholesale business, and it reminded me that a lot of you guys are living life way too fucking comfortably. If you are a salesman, this video is for you. You need to be on top of your fucking shit all around your whole life. You need to be in the gym consistently. You need to take care of your hygiene consistently because how you look is very, very important. First impression is the last impression. You need to speak clearly. You need to speak with conviction about the product that you're selling. You know everything about the product that you're selling, because if you don't, you're not going to look like you know what the fuck you're doing. And if you're selling a product, especially a high-ticket product— we're talking about houses here, we're talking about selling investment opportunities for $200,000, $500,000, $1 million— How do you expect a buyer, somebody that knows what the fuck they're doing, somebody that spends and invests a lot of money into real estate, to buy the property from you if you don't know what the fuck you're doing? If you can't speak with conviction, if all around you're not an uptight man. A lot of you guys are taking life too seriously. You get on these sales calls, you get on these follow-up calls with sellers, and you're taking the shit lightly. They have your money in their fucking pocket. If you don't have your dream car, if you don't have your dream apartment or your dream house, if your parents aren't getting taken care of, you don't have your dream watch, you don't— you're not doing what you're supposed to do. As a salesman, you eat what you catch, and a lot of you guys are okay with eating fucking scraps. And that's just the reality of it. A lot of you guys talk like you're a salesmen. A lot of you guys talk like you're this killer closer, like if anybody that comes into your pipeline, you can close. But a lot of you guys just don't have that shit in you. It is what it is. A lot of you guys fake it. You need to show up every fucking day. And how you do anything is how you do everything. If you're not consistent in the gym, they're going to see through that shit, right? You can see through the physique that you're a fat fuck or you're skinny as shit. If you're not eating healthy, you're not going to be focused. You're not going to be able to project your ideas the right way. If you're not studying up on your product, you know everything about the thing that you're selling. You're gonna come off like you don't know what the fuck you're doing, like you're some dumbass, like you're a beginner, like you're a noob. How you do anything is how you do everything, and that is the key component of being a salesman. I've been doing this for almost 7 fucking years. I started when I was 14, and obviously I started without these skill sets. I started off half-assing it, not being in the gym consistently, eating bullshit, having bullshit-ass friends, listening to stupid fucking people and all their negative thoughts, and all that shit would be ingrained in my brain and I wouldn't be consistent. That's why I didn't make the money that I wanted to make. But it came to a point where I was tired of the life that I was living. A lot of you guys haven't reached that breaking point. And that's the reality of it. I reached my breaking point 4 fucking years ago, and that's the reason I have conviction behind the way I speak. I'm healthy. Granted, I'm on caffeine all day, but I needed to be fucking on that shit. A lot of you guys don't have it and you need to fucking get it. A lot of you don't have to be born with it. It's just day by day catching these daily wins for you to have this conviction, for you to be able to sell a high-ticket product.
