How can I close my first deal in 30 days? Can you do it? Yes. Is it likely? No. If you don't have money for marketing, if you don't have a blueprint, if you don't have a coach, if you're not consistent, it's very unlikely even to close a first deal in the first 3 months. So let me give you the 2 ways you might be able to do it. If you don't have money to start, it's going to be very easy to burn out and quit, but it is possible if you're just a fucking dog. Door knocking for sale by owner listings, for rent listings, Craigslist posts, Facebook Marketplace posts, door knocking. It's gonna hurt, but you might be able to get a deal in the first 3 to 4 months. Now, if you have some money to start, you can use SMS or cold calling to get a couple leads and get your first contract in the first 2 months. Understand that at the end of the day, this is a business. There will be failures. There will be a learning curve, especially if you don't have a mentor like myself guiding you and holding your hand throughout the whole process. But go out there and fucking get it either way.
