Jay hit every goal he set for 2025: weight, reading, income, and a supercar. He credits cold calls, early mornings, and cutting out drinking and clubs. He's pushing others to write down ten goals and start now, no excuses.

Let's be realistic. Let's be transparent. 2025 is here. 2025 is here. 12 months have went by. A lot of you guys set yourself New Year's resolutions, and I bet 99% of you have not completed that list. Last year around this time, I sat at my dinner table with my family. I sat out a piece of paper for my mom, my dad, my siblings. I gave them a pen. I said, write down 10 goals that you want to complete this year. My little brother wrote, I want to read 5 books. I want to make at least $10,000. I want to do this. I want to do that. Same thing for my dad. Same thing for my mom. Oh, what does this guy think he is? He's telling his parents what to do. Oh my God, he thinks he knows everything. You're a bitch. The guy that raised me, the guy that instilled his values from generations, I wanted to hold him accountable, and I wanted me to be held accountable by him. Same thing with my mom, same thing with my brother, because I am working at a high level. I look in the mirror and I see a guy that follows his own rules. Right? As an entrepreneur, as the person that I am, as the character that I've developed, and as a kid that I've had, I hate following rules. I hate people telling me what the fuck to do. You're telling me I gotta raise my fucking hand to go to the restroom? Fuck you. What car do you drive? You drive a fucking Toyota. You look miserable every single fucking day. You hate teaching. You only do this for the money, and you're telling me what I thought I have to do? You're not my mom. You're not my dad. You're not even a role model. Why the fuck would I want to listen to you if you're not living the life that I want to live? I want to drive a fucking supercar. That's one of the things I wrote down on my goals list. I said I wanted to read a certain amount of books. I read them. I want to be a certain amount of weight. I am that weight. I wanted to look a certain way. I looked that certain way. I want to make this amount of money. I made that amount of money and more. I want to drive a supercar. And you know what? My supercar gets delivered very, very soon. Hopefully before the end of the year. I bought it already, but some bullshit going on with shipping. It happens. But I'm gonna get it. Every single one of the things that I wrote down that was my bare minimum of what I wanted to achieve this year at the age of 20 years old, I did it. Why? Because I set habits for myself. Wake up at a certain time. Speak a certain way. Talk to people a certain way. Provide enough value that somebody would trust you to join your programs. That somebody would trust me enough to delay the responsibility of the results in their business. I am in charge of helping the people that join my program to get the results that they want to have out of life. I hold these people accountable because I wish somebody held me accountable, right? That's the reason that I started so young, and that's the reason I invested in so many courses and mentorships, because I needed that person to hold me accountable until I became the person that holds other people accountable. It's all about habits, but it all starts right here. How the fuck do you expect to drive a supercar and you're fat, and you don't follow your own rules. You don't do the work when you don't feel like doing it. You say you're gonna make calls, but then you get cussed out a couple times, and then you say, fuck this, I don't want to do this anymore. The work that you're avoiding is the growth that you are putting to the side. I do all the work that I don't want to fucking do. I sit here and make calls to sellers that are in a stupid fucking position because of their own actions. These people that are 50 years old, 40 years old, even 30 years old, that put themselves in positions because they don't put themselves in hard positions. They don't do the work that they need to do to be in a position where they want to be at. That's why I'm the person that helps them. I provide actual value to the fucking world. That's why I get paid. That's why I'm going to drive a fucking supercar every single fucking day. Oh bro, you're just a telemarketer and you're just fucking broke. You're just mad that you don't provide enough value to the world that you will get rewarded to have all the things that you want. I have the apartment that I want. I have the watch that I want. My parents live in the house that they want. They don't have to work if they don't have to because of my actions. I chose the life that I wanted to live and I did all the work that I had to do to be there. And I'm here now. But here's the thing, I'm not satisfied. And it was never about the money, it was about the freedom. I don't have to make this video right now. I'm doing this because I enjoy it and I enjoy providing value to somebody else that is maybe in the beginning stages of their journey. But I have to be realistic, this shit is not easy. If it was easy, everybody would be rich, but it's not. Why do you think I look so fucking pale? I don't go out to the sun. I fucking work inside all day. And that's not me complaining. I would, I would be miserable working a 9-to-5 job, somebody telling me what to do. I love the fact that I have to hold myself accountable to live the life that I want to live. Why? Because I know it's possible. I went through those stages where I didn't have a dollar in my fucking pocket. But I still showed up every single fucking day because I knew if I showed up, eventually I will get lucky. People say, oh, it's not about luck. Oh, you got lucky. I got lucky because I showed up every fucking day. I got lucky because I made calls every day. I got lucky because I tracked the information every single day. I got lucky because I followed up even after being cussed out. That's why I got lucky, because I showed up every single day. I did the things that I didn't want to fucking do. I'll say it again, this shit is not easy. It's not easy and it will never be easy. If anything, it'll get harder over time. But you have to become the person that sets the example for yourself. If you can't tell yourself— if you tell yourself you're going to wake up at a certain time and you don't do it, what does that tell yourself? You look in the mirror, you say, I'm a failure. You look in the mirror and you say, Oh, my words don't matter. My word as a man doesn't matter if I tell myself I'm gonna do something and I don't fucking do it. And that's something that— I'm not perfect, that's not what this video is for. I'm not per— I'm far from perfect, but there's a line that I try to follow. There's a median, right? Think of this as the consistency median. We go up, we go down, we go up, we go down. But over a certain period of time, if you are consistent enough and you don't deviate too long, too high or too low, over the span of weeks, over the span of months, you will stay at this line and you will be considered as consistent. Because it's all about showing up every single day and trying your best. But it's not about just showing up. Um, hello, my name is Jay. I just Oh, they hung up again. Uh, hello? Um, yeah, I just wanted to— If you do that for a fucking year, you're still gonna get the same result because you're not progressing as a human. You have to put consistent efforts not only in your learning, not only in your self-development, not only in your speech, not only from the losses that you take. Do you know how many losses I took to be in this position? You know how much money I've lost to be here? You think it's easy making 6 figures a fucking month? It's not fucking easy. You know what, bro, it's so crazy to me that people send me these texts. Bro, why do you charge so much? Because I need to put you in the headspace of knowing that if you invest a certain amount of money, you You not only have to hold the expectation for the other person that you're investing in, but also in yourself. How— why are you scared to invest $4,000, $5,000, $10,000 into a program? You're not scared to invest in the program. You're scared that you're not going to do the work that it takes for you to make that money back. That's just what it is. And I can tell you that because I used to be that person. Why would I invest $2,000, bro? I'm just gonna lose it. The only reason I was gonna lose it is because I wasn't the person that was gonna do the work. I got people in my program that buy my program and don't even text me, don't even ask me questions, don't even book their one-on-one calls, don't even show up to the group calls. How the fuck do you expect to get results if you're not reaching out to me? If you're not doing the calls, you can't expect results from the work that you didn't fucking do. I mainly wanted to make this video for everybody that's thinking about their New Year's resolution. Start fucking today. Start today. Start now. Take an action that's going to get you closer to the result that you want to have. Set your goals out 6 months, a year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, 5 years. And don't just think about the highlights of your life because because you don't see me on jet skis every day. You don't see me fucking in New York, in Miami, in here and here and here. That's not real life. Real life is the Tuesdays, the Wednesdays, the Thursdays. Those days that you don't see on social media, those are the real days. What do you want those days to look like? What do you want those days to look like? I know my days, I'm completely fine, and I'm happy that my Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Wednesdays are making calls, making offers, helping my students succeed, helping my family with financials, helping my family with mindset, helping my family in their businesses that I've helped run. I'm completely fine. I'm happy about that because I'm moving the needle every single day. A lot of you guys have trouble waking up because you know you're gonna have the same exact fucking day that you do Monday through Friday. I love— I jump out of bed because I know every single day I'm gonna make more money. Every single day I'm progressing to finish out these phases of my life. Phase 1, boom, got it done. You know how good it feels to write down every single thing you want to do in a day and you get it all fucking done? You know how accomplished you're gonna feel? I know how happy I feel when I get my to-do list done. I get ecstatic. Because I can look in the mirror and say, you fucking did it. You told yourself you're gonna wake up at this time. You told yourself you're gonna work out. You told yourself you're gonna eat like this. You told yourself you were gonna get this done. You told yourself you're gonna make this amount of calls. You told yourself you're gonna make these offers. You told yourself you're gonna close these fucking contracts, and you fucking did it. You're the fucking man. And I want every single one of you guys to feel the exact same way, but it takes sacrifice. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't go out to clubs. I barely go to family gatherings. Why? Because it doesn't help me promote myself to the goal that I want to be at, to the level that I want to be at. You have to understand, you have to sacrifice. And if you don't sacrifice, the life that you wish to have, the life that you dream of, is going to be the sacrifice. I'll leave you off with that one. I wish you guys the best 2025. I want every single one of you guys to win, and I want you to text me, bro, watch this video and I fucking did the work. I got my to-do list done, I made the calls, I got this fucking contract, I got the seller to sign, I got him to send earnest money, I got him to close the fucking deal, and I did it. Now I made more money, now I have a little bit more freedom, now I can quit my fucking job. That's what it's all about. I wish you guys the best. Any questions you got, leave them down below, DM me on IG. Let's make this year fuck the best year you've ever fucking had. Let's do it.
