A three-part montage mixing a corporate cybersecurity pitch, a guided havening meditation with finger movements and the affirmation "I am safe," and a LEGO Pokémon Smart Brick ad. Each segment lasts under a minute.
When everything's on the line, systems can fail when the unexpected hits. Our systems are built to operate through disruption across the full cyber spectrum because failure isn't an option. Leidos. Outsmart. Outdo.
Havening to secure safety. Please close your eyes and settle into this moment. Take a long, slow inhale, and as you do, lightly run your fingers up both arms from your wrists to your shoulders. Slow, gentle, soothing. As you exhale, slowly let your fingers move back down from your shoulders all the way down past your elbows to your wrists, and you may even include your hands if you like. As you breathe in and out, you're going to silently repeat to yourself, "I am safe." Continue this soft up and down motion with the breath Inhaling, running your fingers gently up your arms, saying to yourself, "I am safe." Exhale, slowly running your fingers down your arms, repeating to yourself again, "I am safe." Let your nervous system receive this rhythm. There is nothing to fix, just safety being remembered. After one more breath in with your fingers traveling up and out with your fingers moving down. Let your hands rest and notice what has shifted. Take this calm with you. Notice how easy it was to return to peace and safety knowing you can access this space in less than a minute. I'm sending you so much love.
That's the sound of LEGO Pikachu training for battle. That's the sound of LEGO Pikachu enjoying a post-training snack. And that's a reminder to not let LEGO Pokémon in the recording studio. LEGO Smart Brick brings LEGO Pokémon Play to life. LEGO Pokémon with Smart Play. You're the trainer now.
