Headache Relief (1-Min) — Guided Reset to Release Head, Neck & Shoulder Tension
2 May 2026 · 1 min
A one-minute guided meditation to release headache and neck tension. Close your eyes, breathe into tight spots around your eyes and shoulders, and let them soften. Pain signals you need water, rest, or to let go.
There's a fire inside you you can't ignore. Stand still? Not a chance. You're a lifelong learner who's come this far. Now we are here to help you keep going further. Capella University. What can't you do? Visit capella.edu to learn more.
Take a moment to arrive here, right where you are. Close your eyes gently, without any pressure or strain. If you have a headache or even a little tension in your head right now, Your body is sending you a signal, not to punish you, not to inconvenience you, but to tell you something— that it needs water or rest or a release of tension, or simply a moment of stillness in a day that has had too little of it. As you inhale, soften every muscle around your eyes, your temples, and your forehead. Imagine warmth moving into the tight places, not pushing against the pain but gently melting around it. And as you exhale, release any tension you've been holding in your face, your neck, and your shoulders. Let your head feel heavy and supported rather than tight and braced. Take one more breath in. Hold it, and with the exhale, consciously release any resistance to how you feel right now. Fighting pain tightens around it. Softening creates space for it to move. Your body is not your enemy. It is asking for your attention. I am sending so much love.
