A guided breathing exercise teaches you to release shoulder tension by raising your shoulders to your ears and exhaling. The episode also includes ads for Capella University and Energy Transfer's natural gas infrastructure.
There's a fire inside you you can't ignore. Stand still? Not a chance. You're a lifelong learner who's come this far. Now we are here to help you keep going further. Capella University. What can't you do? Visit capella.edu to learn more.
Take a breath in, pause, and as you exhale, just settle into the space you're in. Most people hold so much tension in the shoulders and don't even know it. Breathe in again, and this time draw your shoulders all the way up to your ears. Hold them there, scrunch them up tight. Let your body feel what it's been carrying. And exhale, let them drop all the way down. Feel that. Again, breathing in, shoulders up, holding it, scrunching. And release. Jaw soft, neck long, shoulders where they belong. And one last time, breathing in, squeezing everything up and letting it all go, like setting down a heavy bag you've been carrying. Your body works so hard for you. It holds so much without complaining. This is your chance to give it a little relief. Breathe in. Just feel how different that is. And out. Softer than you were a minute ago. You deserve to move through your day without all that weight. I am sending you so much love.
More people, more devices, more AI. The way we live today takes a lot of energy. Wind and solar are powerful, but not always available. That's where natural gas comes in, with reliable energy whenever it's needed. Companies like Energy Transfer work behind the scenes, safely transporting these resources to facilities across the country through a network of underground pipelines.
