There's a fire inside you you can't ignore. Stand still? Not a chance. You're a lifelong learner who's come this far. Now we are here to help you keep going further. Capella University. What can't you do? Visit capella.edu to learn more.
Let's take a breath together. Breathing in and exhaling out. You can't do this wrong. Whatever you're feeling, wherever you are, it's perfect. Now gently close your hand into a soft fist. And now open your hand, fingers wide. Notice the space between those two movements, that pause between closing and opening. There's a space there, a gap. You can return your hand to a comfy position. In between that space, notice what happens to your thoughts. Between this thought and the next thought, there's always a space, a quiet moment, a peace. It's always been there. You don't have to create it. You don't have to find it. It's already here in the space between movements, in the space between thoughts. Simply notice. You're doing beautifully. Take that calm with you. I'm sending you so much love.
