There's a fire inside you you can't ignore. Stand still? Not a chance. You're a lifelong learner who's come this far. Now we are here to help you keep going further. Capella University. What can't you do? Visit capella.edu to learn more.
Take a breath in, and as you exhale, feel your feet on the floor. Press down just a little. Let the ground push back. It can hold you. It wants to. Now roll your shoulders back. Lift your chin just slightly. Let your chest open. Notice the space your body is actually taking up right now. Not too much, not too little. Exactly the right amount. You were given a body that breathes, that moves, that shows up, and it deserves to be here fully without apology. Breathe in and let yourself expand wider, taller, more, and out, releasing any old story that told you to make yourself smaller. You are allowed to take up space in a room. In a conversation, in your own life. Say it quietly to yourself: I belong here. Because you do. You always have. One more breath. Arms open if that feels right. Feel the edges of you. This is your space. Own it. I am sending you so much love.
