have rough days. So here's a little tip to kind of get yourself back centered and balanced. On an inhale, imagine the word peace. So inhale peace. And then on exhale, just let go and imagine the word fear. And you're breathing out all of your fear. So inhale peace, exhale fear. And for me, it helps me to picture a color and visualize that. So on an inhale, I'm picturing light pink translucent air. Inhale peace with the pink air. And then when I exhale fear, I'm imagining kind of a gray translucent air on the exhale. Fear. So I'm inhaling pink clean air of peace, and I'm exhaling what I no longer need, any fear, with gray dull air. Practice this. It can really bring about a sense of stability and calm your mind. Inhaling peace and exhaling fear, anxiety, whatever words work for you. Try it. Have a great day.
