We Found $2.3M & 3,000+ Days Hidden in This Company — Using Ai (Full Walkthrough)

In this product walkthrough, Johann Nogueira and his partner Mr. Walt introduce the Prism platform, a solution designed to cut through the confusion caused by the 14,000+ AI tools on the market. They explain how Prism maps individual employee workflows, recommends specific AI agents and tech stacks, and aggregates those recommendations at department and executive levels. By loading real‑world tasks (e.g., support ticket triage) into the system, Prism calculates hourly costs, predicts time saved, and quantifies monetary ROI. The demo shows a single employee saving $38,000 annually, a department saving $140,000 and 268 days, and the entire company saving over $2.3 million and 3,000+ days across 135 analyzed workflows. The platform also generates personalized AI roadmaps and task lists for each employee, helping organizations prioritize low‑hanging fruit and plan systematic AI adoption. The video ends with a call to contact AI Tech Advisory for implementation assistance.

Hey, everyone. Johann Nogueira here with my business partner, Mr. Walt.
Hi, everyone. Great to see you.
Today, we wanna talk to you about AI in your business, how AI is becoming so efficient, and so many companies are now adopting it. But at the same time, they're very confused. Why? Because there are so many different platforms. They don't know what to do, where to start, how to embed it into their business. So today, we wanna take all that confusion away, and I wanna show you exactly how to calculate your ROI before you start any AI project. So what you're seeing on the screen here is the reason why there's so much confusion. What you're looking at is 14,000+ different platforms that exist to help you with your business. Now, if we zoom in, each one of these is one platform. How long does it take to embed one platform, invest in that platform, train up on that platform? It's a long time. So making the wrong choice can actually lead to the confusion and lead to the loss of adoption, etc. And that's where you lose your ROI. So these 14,000 different technologies, how do we actually work out which ones we need? So let's just— well, hold on to that thought for a second. Let me show you. AI Tech Advisory works across these 12 different departments inside your organization. We break down the department into the people that are in that department and augment them with the AI agents. Now what you're seeing on the screen here is the different agents. There's 258 agents in this organization. Do you need 258 agents? Probably not. Look, you probably need 10, 15, 20, 50. It It depends on your organization and the team that you have. Now within each one of these departments, let's click on the sales department for example. There is those agents. Now inside the agents, we've got the different tools. This this is the most important thing. I don't want you to worry about the whole structure, but it's about which tools does that agent need to use with within the organization and with your team members. So this is the most important thing. And what causes the confusion? Because people stop because they don't know. But now we've created a solution. Mr. Walt, will you please take us through the Prism product and how we identify exactly what technology to use when we're deploying AI into our organization?
So we created Prism to be able to show your business through a different lens and really map and understand those— that tech stack and the workflows that your people are going through. So the way that Prism works is it starts at an individual level. So if I looked at an individual and we looked at their specific workflow, So I can see that this particular person in our demo company here has loaded in 3 specific workflows that they do on a daily basis. Let's have a look at one. They are in the support area. They, they triage and research tickets. They respond and resolve to those tickets. They escalate complex cases. Those are 3 steps in this one workflow. And we can see calculations here that show at $60 per hour, this particular person is spending 6.8 hours per week on this one task. So then AI says, okay, how do we then move that forward into an automated way? So we now have a system that can recommend those specific tech stack implementations to take away this workflow. So we have an individual who now with just 2 of that tech stack can take away hundreds of hours of work in this just one workflow. So this one person has 3 workflows they've put in, 80 days per year, and saving over $38,000 just by implementing 3 simple systems in that one desk in your operation. This flows through to a higher level as we look at the department. Cool. So let's now look at Mia's department head. So here's Mia that we just looked at. Let's look at Mia's department head. And we're going to see a completely different set of numbers. Why? Because now when we're looking at a department view, we've got Mia who saved those hours. So Mia had saved $38,000 just in her particular use case. But as a department, we're up to $140,000 per year in savings, and $268,000 hours here, sorry, 268 days. So let's look at the details. Because we've got not only Mia's information here, but we've now got everybody's information adding together to create a combined effort. So we can see now that we've got the department adding up together, I've got my view where I can see my exact savings by implementing AI. And across the department. Now I can see everybody as they're loading in their workflows. And here's what's really great. As every single person is loading in those workflows, we can start to see those tech stacks starting to come through. So I can see my recommended tech stack, the tools that I currently use, and each person is getting a task list of the next thing to master to bring that automation through. So every single person has an AI roadmap that's created for them, and a task list that's showing them the exact steps to take to move that map forward. So we're combining individuals into departments. And of course, that leaves just one step to go up into the CEO view. Cool. So now at CEO view, we're seeing all departments across all individuals for the entire company. There's a lot of things that are being taken into account here. But I can see now that across those departments, individual by individual, we have over 135 workflows that have been analyzed, saving over 3,000 days per year with a saving of $2.3 million. Now each one of these departments that we talked about is made up of people, each one of those people do daily tasks in your business. And we can use AI to map exactly how to achieve those efficiencies. As the workflows being loaded in. The CEO is seeing our live feed updating all the time and can pick up the lowest hanging fruit. So we can see, for example, the operations department has the biggest lift by implementing AI to give us the quickest return. We can see individuals and exactly how many hours each one of them is being able to save by loading in the processes that they do on a daily basis. And our CEO gets analysis and reports across every single department with the exact steps that they need to take To remove the confusion and begin their AI implementation. So the most important reason that Prism exists is to map the workflows of the individual, the people that is, that are working in your company right now. What do they do? And how can AI help them to achieve more efficiency right there at their desk? And then look at that as an overview.
We'd love to help you map this out. We'd love to work with you and your organization to achieve those efficiencies. So please contact us at aitechadvisory.com. We look forward to working with you. Take care.
