You'll be a lot more confident in your trades. You'll be able to take the trades that you really want to take and miss out on the trades that are not meant for you. It's— I don't honestly, I don't know why more people don't talk about this on YouTube, but y'all know me, I'm the GOAT. I'm always sharing the sauce with y'all, you know what I'm saying? So if you're excited for this video, I highly suggest you smash the freaking like button, because if you don't smash the like button, you won't understand what the heck I'm saying in this video. And that's a proven fact, scientific, if you want to go that far. But anyways, back to a serious note, You know what I'm saying? What I'm about to show you guys will literally, if you start implementing it, you'll be able to see a drastic change in your trading. I literally started doing this a couple months ago. If you follow me on Instagram, which I highly suggest you guys do because I'm posting my trades all the time, it's up there or up there, somewhere up there. It's @juver_dontfallforthescams. I only have one account. I don't have a Telegram. So if somebody in the comments down below saying text me on Telegram, I don't have a freaking Telegram. Don't fall for the scams. Anyways, If you follow me on Instagram, you've seen I've been using this for a little while now, and it has just like drastically changed my trading. I posted about a month ago that I've never been trading this good, and you guys have to understand, I've been trading since 2017. So for me to say I've never been trading this good, it's absolutely freaking ridiculous. And today I'm going to share it with you guys. So without further ado, let's hop right into this. We're just going to hop right into our TradingView charts right here so I can show it to you. Now, this simple, simple trick, simple flick, simple— it's, it's in your face, but you never knew it was there. You never tried it out. You've You've probably heard about it, maybe. You don't even know how to pronounce it, most likely. But this simple, simple thing can drastically change the way you see the charts, making entries, taking exits, getting out of trades, staying in trades longer, make it so much easier and so much simpler. And this is exactly how it's done. So it does not matter what pair you trade. You could be trading Forex, indices, gas, options, stocks, whatever the heck you're trading, cryptocurrency, it all works the exact same. All you're doing is coming over here. These are candlesticks. We're all— we've been taught about candlesticks our entire life, you know what I'm saying? Our entire trading career, we've learned about candlesticks. Green up, red means down, you know what I'm saying? They have the wicks at the top and the wicks at the bottom. But there are multiple different ways to look at charts. We've seen hollow— you've probably seen hollow candles, you've seen bar charts, you've seen line charts, definitely. But there are these one specific type of candlesticks called Heikin-Ashi candlesticks. If you look at this, same methodology. Green means up, red means down. But if we kind of go from here to here and keep going back and forth, you can kind of see the difference. Now the reason why this is so powerful and why this makes trading so much easier is that it smooths out the price. And what do I mean by that? Keep in mind, this is not a full in-depth tutorial of what the heck Heikin-Ashi candlesticks are. If you want to find out what that is, I suggest you YouTube it or Google it just so you get a clearer, clearer understanding. But I'm gonna give you guys a quick little overview of it because the main purpose of this video is to show you guys this is a thing and how you can capitalize on it to start making money and making more money using Heikin-Ashi candles. So like I said, it kind of smooths out the price action and makes things a lot easier to see and understand. It also is volume-based instead of just price-based, so it's kind of best of both worlds. And it can really be beneficial to you to understand the, the trend and clearly see what trend price is going in, and also holding your trades a lot longer to make more money. So How— just a quick overview of how we read these charts. If you look at these, they're not like regular candlesticks. Each candlestick does not start at the end of the other candlestick. Each candlestick starts at the middle of the previous candlestick, and the body of that candlestick closes at the average point of where price was at during this candlestick. So what do I mean by that? So if we take this red candlestick that's in this box, for example, right, price did not close right here like it would on a regular candlestick. This close shows exactly the average price of where price closed. So price could have closed down here, price could have closed up here, but if it hung around this area the most, this is the average price of where, um, price was during this candlestick. Now I will say disclaimer, right? When you look at these candlesticks, if you put a— if you enter, let's say you entered and the candlestick looked like this on Heikin-Ashi candlestick and your entry was right here, and you clicked exactly at this time when the body was right here, these are not the same as regular candlesticks. This is not where price is right now. If we go to a regular chart, we see it close right there on Heikin-Ashi, but realistically price was down here when you entered the trade. So you have to be aware of that. You're not going to get the super sniper entries that you think you're going to get with regular candlesticks. But what it allows you to do, kind of when I'm trading it, and if you guys have my strategy course, which I highly suggest you guys get because I have a bunch of strategies in there that use Heikin-Ashi that have literally— if you follow me on Instagram, like I said again, I've literally been killing the freaking markets with Heikin-Ashi candlesticks. And I've created insane strategies with Heikin-Ashi candlesticks, and I've put them inside that course. I've taught it. I show you guys how to, um, get into the trades. I show you guys examples of good trades and bad trades, a bunch of examples. If that's something that interests y'all, hit that link down below. It's in the comment section down below as well as in the top of the description. It's literally been probably the best thing I could have done and given to you guys, just due to the fact that I get so many DMs all the time with people saying this is like freaking changing their trading, which is great. Um, but back to what I was saying, right, how I trade it, I'll just put it at the end of the wick because that is the, the max point of where it could technically enter me. So even if I put my trade here and I'm calculating my stop loss, calculating my risk, what lot size I want to use, um, this is the max amount I will lose. So even though price didn't close here, as we saw on the regular candlesticks, price closed like right over here, I still make as if price closed at this wick. That's kind of just how I personally do it when I'm drawing my technical analysis, just so I can actually manage my risk correctly. But now that you have a brief overview of kind of how these candlesticks work, now let's, let's see how we can actually use them, how you can use them to make your trading a lot better. So if we take this same kind of example of a downtrend right here, you see we have all these red candlesticks right here. In this group. But if we go back to regular candlesticks, this was red, we had some green up here, we had red, we had green, we had red, then we had a bunch of consolidation right here, right? Versus on the Heikin-Ashi candlesticks, it was all red going down. Now one of the major things when it comes to trading is psychology, and when you're in a trade, your psychology is literally beating you upside your head because you're seeing all these different color sticks. You're seeing, you're seeing price go from being red and in your favor to now you're seeing green and reversal candlestick right here. This is what we're taught. This is the reversal candlestick right here, this green one. Oh, we gotta hop out the trade, we gotta close our trade, we gotta close our trade. But obviously you see it kept going down. We see this consolidation over here, a bunch of green, red, green, red, green, red, green, red, which for a lot of people shows— will just scare them out of their trades, which will stop them from holding their trade to the desired take profit, right? Versus if we use Heikin-Ashi candlesticks It was all red. We were able to take the psychology out of and the pressure out of holding these trades because it stayed in our direction. It stayed our color, you know what I'm saying, which allowed you to hold the trade a lot longer and maximize your profits. Now, another great part about it is that I told you guys before that it's not just the price that you're seeing in these candlesticks, you're also seeing the volume. So the more volume you see in one candlestick the better chance that price is going down even further. And there are multiple different patterns that just show you that, right? And I want you guys to just go on your charts right now, but I'm gonna show you guys a bunch of examples of just like, um, great, great, just like scalping techniques. And I talk about this scalping strategy, I use it almost every single day. I talk about inside my strategies course. Like I said, if y'all want that, I highly suggest, highly suggest y'all check it out. Definitely, I've not had a single complaint. I've had only good things told me about the strategy, um, course that I put out. So if that's something that y'all want, hit that link inside my description down below or inside the comment section down below. I'll put it there for y'all. But if we look at this candlestick right here, we had a fat— a nice black— a nice, uh, red candlestick right here. Full candlestick, no wick at the top, a nice big one that showed a lot of volume going to the downside. And what did price do? Continue going to the downside. The same exact thing here. We had a nice big candlestick here, a lot of volume with a small wick at the bottom. Continue going down. Now I'm telling you guys, if you literally just watch, you see this green one, even though we're in a downtrend, we're in a downtrend here, you see a big green candlestick right here continue to go up because this is not just price-based, it's volume-based as well. And it kind of tells on itself when you're riding— the whole thing with trading is you want to be riding the trend. You don't want to try and trade against the trend. You want to go where price is telling you it wants to go. And with such clear indications from Heikin-Ashi candlesticks, because we have not just the price being shown to us with these candlesticks but also the volume, we can feel confident when we see candlesticks like this that it's going to continue to go down. When we see candlesticks like this green one, where it's just going to continue to go up. When we see candlesticks like this, this red one, where it's just going to continue to go down. It's literally the same thing over and over and over and over again. I go in, I go into it in depth inside my strategies course just so you guys can see a bunch of examples of when I'm taking these trades and when I'm not taking these trades. But it's super, super simple to see because like I said for the third time, You're not just looking at price, you're now looking at price plus volume, which gives you more confluence in your trades. Now that's one of the reasons why I like— well, a couple of reasons why I like Heikin Ashi. Another one is that the chart just looks so much cleaner. So much cleaner. You're not seeing a bunch— you're not seeing green, then a bunch of red, then green, and a bunch of red. You're seeing green streaks, red streaks, green streaks, red streaks. You're also able to identify support and resistances a lot easier. Let's say right here we have this little resistance area up here. We see it come over here again. We had this resistance area come over here. I'm not saying you can't see the same things on candlesticks. I'm just saying it looks a lot more choppy. If we look at this downtrend right here on regular candlesticks versus Heikin-Ashi, it looks a lot more clean. Same exact thing with this whole downtrend coming down here. This whole downtrend is the same exact downtrend as this, but which one looks cleaner? This one. Which one would you feel more confident holding because you're not seeing a bunch of color changes? This one, just due to the fact that you have, um, the volume in there and it's not just changing from green to red to green to red to green multiple different times in the same trend down or the same trend up. Now, like I said, there are downsides to Heikin-Ashi candlesticks and disadvantages that you have to be aware of as well. The main one is that price where you see it is not where price actually is. It's not at the body of each candlestick. Now, a way that you can get around that when you're trading and entering your trades is coming over here on TradingView pressing this right here, this little select layout thing. And what I do is I move this to split screen. So now I have two different screens. So if I click on this one, I can make this one a Heikin-Ashi candlestick chart. And if I click on this one, I can make this a regular candlestick chart. So now I can see both of them when I'm looking at my entries. So I see I like— let's say I like this green candlestick right here and I want to hop in this for some reason. I could put my, uh, stop loss right below that body or whatever. But then instead of Usually when we're trading regular candlesticks, we put our entry right here because that— the body is technically where price is at when we're looking at regular candlesticks. But I told you guys, on Heikin-Ashi, that's not the case. But since we have this other chart over here, we can simply just move the entry up here to where price actually is, and we see it adjusted over here as well. And then you'll be able to get your accurate entries if that is the way you want to do it, versus doing it how I said in the beginning with putting your entry at just at the wick. So this is like the max max, even though price isn't actually up here when you entered. That's just— it'll help with your risk management very quickly if you don't want to just do this split screen just like this. But anyways, that is the end of the video. I wanted to share that with you guys because honestly, a lot of people have no idea what the heck these— this is— these type of candlesticks are, how to read them, and how to use them. What I want you guys to do is go practice with these candlesticks. Look at them, you know what I'm saying? Draw your support and resistances, hop in trades, and once you're entered into trades, change it to a Heikin-Ashi candlestick chart so you can just hold the trade as long as possible until you see the color change, because you'll be able to get a lot further and you'll be stressing a lot less when you're in these trades if you have Heikin-Ashi candlesticks, just due to the fact that the color does not change from red to green to red to green all the time. If I taught you something you did not know, smash the like button and subscribe, because listen, I deserve it. Just be nice, you know what I'm saying? Subscription is free, you just press the button, you know what I'm saying? But Hopefully you guys did enjoy and you guys are able to start implementing this into your strategies, into your trading, so that you can actually make more money and feel more confident in your trades while you're holding your trades. And like I said, if you guys want to see how I use this to make way more money than I used to when I was just using candlestick charts, hit the link inside my description or inside the comments down below and let's all eat together, man. But if you enjoyed this video, I highly suggest you guys watch this video right here. I did a whole day in the life of me. People have asked me to do for so long. I did a whole day in the life. I took 2 trades, I ended up making $10,000 that day. Watch that video, it's freaking blowing up, and that's because it's a great video. But that's about it. I'm gonna see you on the next video, man.
