Day in The Life of a 23 Year Old Making $18,000 a Day

Good morning, y'all. We back, you know what I'm saying? We're back with another day in the life. You guys have been begging me for another one ever since the last one blew up, but today I have a special one for y'all. Today I'm actually flying out to Miami. It's currently 3 o'clock in the morning right now. I'm extremely tired, um, but I'm excited because I'm going out to Miami to link up with a mentor of mine, um, in the real estate field. I'm super, super excited for it. I'm gonna be vlogging the entire day. Um, I might try and vlog some more conversations as well. Might have some trades during the day, um, so I will obviously keep you guys updated. It's a full day in the life. If you guys love these type of videos, smash the like button. I'll try and do these more often. Um, and yeah, it's just been— I can't even talk, I'm so tired. I don't know if y'all can see from my eyes, bro, but it's just gonna be a, a great day, entertaining day, a very fun day. Um, I just finished doing, uh, my prayer. My Bible reading and my meditation. So I usually take usually around an hour, so I've been up for about an hour now. Um, yeah, now I'm about to go. Just, I'm only there for a day, so I only have a book bag that I'm going with. Um, so I just gotta go finish packing my bag, go wake up my wife, tell her goodbye, wake up my— well, not wake up my daughter, just tell my daughter goodbye, call this Uber and slide over there to the airport. So I'm gonna keep y'all updated. Let's do it. All right, we out. I'm saying, if I dip out, just say goodbye to my wife and daughter. Well, I didn't say bye to my daughter. I said bye to my wife, prayed, all that stuff. Um, it's always bittersweet, man. I'm only going for a day this time. Last time I left, I was gone for 2 days. But I'm gonna be out. I'll be back tomorrow. My Uber is pulling up right now. Y'all have never seen me brush my hair a day in your life. That's probably because I don't— I brush my hair one time a day, and that's at nighttime before I put a durag on. So y'all never in your life seen me brush my hair. That's crazy. I just changed your life for the better. You're welcome. Let me hop in this Uber. I'm tired. I'm just saying stuff. I ain't gonna lie to y'all. All right, so I just made it to Miami. The Yams. I'm not gonna lie, I slept the whole flight. I got through security, I got TSA Pre, so I got through security in like 45 seconds, literally. And then, um, I just went straight to my flight. I slept the whole flight. They woke me up asking me if I wanted to eat. I was like, nah, I'm good. You know what I'm saying? That's one thing I like, right? So y'all know I don't really spend money on like cars or watches or designer clothes, nothing like that. I like the fact that I can fly first class every time I fly anywhere I want to go. I like that. I just like the luxurious parts of life, as in like going to a basketball game and I can get court-side tickets, right? Or if I'm going to a hotel, I can get the best room, you know what I'm saying? Um, that's my thing. I like houses, but other than that, I just be living a regular life for real. But yeah, I'm going to wait for this Uber, go to the hotel. Hopefully they let me check in though, cuz it is pretty early, um, and they check-in time is 4:00, but it's 9:00 right now. So we going to see if I can slide somebody $5 bill to let me in a room. All right, so just got to the room. They let me check in, which is absolutely amazing. I stayed at this hotel like a month ago when I had to come out here for FX Summit and all that. But let me give y'all a quick little room tour, um, something like— it's really not— well, I guess it's cool. But you come in through here, I'm saying, I get a little hallway. I go into the bedroom, just the bathroom right here. Zoom it out so y'all can see it. Got the shower. The bathtub, got the window and all that if you want to look at trees and buildings and all that. Sexy man right there. Obviously, this is where you handle your business. Yeah, uh, then the bedroom. Come in over here, you got your bed, you got windows, windows. I think this opened up all the way. Yeah, windows. This is in Brickell, Miami, if you know where that is. Yeah, got patio, balcony, whatever you want to call it. We got some apple juice, some water, some other water. Yeah. So right now I'm about to link up with him at 12 o'clock. I got about an hour and a half to spare. I don't know what I'm about to do. I have to fill out some forms. Actually, I know what I have to do. I have to fill out some forms. Um, so I'm trying to get this one property, so I need to fill out application form for, uh, this, this lender and all that. So I'm gonna do that real quick. I'm gonna hit y'all when something fun is happening. So I was just on the balcony. I just finished, uh, filling out this form. I'm trying to— so I guess I can get a little peek That's my life right now. I'm trying to get a commercial property. I'm looking at storage facilities. A couple right now. I'm also looking at just getting a bunch of single-family homes. If you watched my, I don't know which video it was, but I was talking about looking at Section 8 properties or properties that we're putting Section 8 tenants in. I'm trying to get a bunch more of those. That's actually why I came out here to Miami to meet with this guy. He kind of specializes in than that. So yeah, so I'm thinking next 2 years I'm going to have at least 8 figures worth of real estate. So that's kind of like the goal that I'm shooting for. I definitely think it's achievable. I don't think it'll be— not that it won't be hard, but it's definitely achievable within the next 2 years as long as things don't just completely fall off and I just go broke and the unthinkable happens. But, um, for the most part, I think I'll be able to get that, and that'll be nice. I put like a poll on my story the other day. If you don't follow me on Instagram, I suggest you do. It's up there or up there, I don't know, it's somewhere on the screen. Um, but I put a poll up there asking how much money is like enough money every single month. Um, and people come back with like answers like $5K, $10K. I'm like, okay, that's, that's not really enough realistically because you're one problem away from being broke. You one hospital bill, you one totaled car, you one just emergency away from not having money and stressing about money. $25K is cool. When you get to $25K, it's like you can basically buy most things. You don't have to worry about money at all, really, if you live a regular life. Like, you're not going to live a super luxurious life and have a penthouse in Miami with a Lamborghini and all that, but you can live a regular life and not have to worry about money. That's great money. $50K is where you can have that penthouse in Miami, you can have that Lambo, you can have that, that, that, uh, Rolls-Royce, or you can afford it, I can say, um, and live a nice comfortable life and still not worry about money. Um, but $100K is kind of where it gets to like, okay, I have— I can do whatever I want to do whenever I want to do it, how many times I want to do it, every single month. And that's kind of like where my— I want $100K a month, um, of passive income, at least. Um, but it's kind of weird for me saying that because I already make multiple six figures every month right now, but I don't count that as money. I count that— I've always been the type of person that puts that— I put it off, right? I pay myself a very small salary every month, like extremely small salary compared to the amount of money I make. Um, like 3% of my monthly amount that I make a month, that's what I live on, right? Um, because the other 97% I put into investing, buying property, um, investing in mentorship, investing in all these different type of stuff, because that's just how I think right now. So when I get to $100K, like, passive income, that's when I'll, like, have that money that I spend. That goes to my personal bank account, it's not my business bank account and all that, right? Um, so that's kind of like the goal that I'm going for, because then I'll— that's when, like, I'll start spending money and all that stuff. It's like I just have, like, this toxic amount of delayed gratification. Which is good to an extent, but you also, you don't know when you're gonna die, you know what I'm saying? That took a dark turn, but you don't know when you're gonna die. You don't know when anything. You have to enjoy life. So that's kind of where I'm battling myself. Um, so I'm like, I make enough money now to live any life I want. I can literally buy any house I want. If y'all follow me on Instagram, y'all know, y'all see me posting all these houses like, oh, it's so nice. I can buy any house I post. Um, well, basically Basically any house I post, I can buy any car, I can buy Lamborghinis, I can buy Rolls-Royce, I can buy all that right now. But I don't because I'm in that delayed gratification of like, I want to go in, you know what I'm saying, invest as much as possible to get actually stabilized income versus active income. Trading is active income. I don't know how long I'm going to want to trade for. YouTube is active income. My academy, my other businesses, it's all active income. There's things I have to work I'm saying, you're done. I'm— well, not you, I'm done. Not that I'm done, but you know what I'm saying. But passive income, like from real estate, and obviously nothing is completely passive, but it's a little bit more passive, a little more hands-off, a little more consistent, I should say. Um, that's kind of money that I'll pay myself, the passive income. That's when I'll get a raise, I guess. Um, but yeah, so that's kind of where I'm at right now. So I'm about to meet up with this guy in like 20 minutes. Um, probably change my clothes, put something on. I got on freaking shorts. Um, I hate wearing freaking jeans, but, um, yeah. All right, y'all, I ain't gonna lie to you, I went there, I was gonna record like some of our conversation, but we was just talking. I was just trying to like soak up as much information as possible. I was not thinking nothing about no recording, none of that. But I'm back in the crib right now, you know what I'm saying? Give y'all kind of like a quick overview. Um, well, I guess I can't give y'all a quick overview, but basically, right, uh, he was giving me like a strategy as far as like how to scale as fast as possible. I think I told y'all he has like 600 and something units. Um, so I'm trying to get up there, you know what I'm saying? So he was giving me a strategy, he gave me a plan. I basically told him how much I make now, how, how much I can allocate to it um, just like growing in the real estate field, uh, that he's giving me a plan. So I'm pretty set. I have a pretty set plan as far as like how to get started. Um, well, a plan, not how to get started, but like the steps. That's the word I'm looking for. I'm so tired, y'all. I'm about to take a nap. But, um, yes, I'm super excited, bro. I've been just looking at houses ever since I got back. I'm ready to just go buy 100,000 million houses, you know what I'm saying? Um, but I'm about to take a little break from doing that. Um, take a quick nap skis. Nap skis. All right, y'all, so I'm out now. I took like an hour nap, but I'm out right now at this restaurant called North Italia. Um, I've been here before in Houston and the food is absolutely amazing. So when they had a place over here, I was like, yeah, I gotta go here because I never know what I want to eat. I was gonna just order Uber Eats, but my wife told me to go out and leave the hotel and not be a hermit. So we're outside now by myself, literally by myself. I haven't went— I haven't took myself out on a date in a long time. I miss myself. Myself is cool. Yeah, I'm about to eat this food. I'm gonna show y'all what I get though. I'm gonna put y'all on game, which I'll show you when y'all come here. So we got this arugula salad and we got this truffle parmesan bread. It's the best thing that's on the menu, I'm not gonna lie to y'all. Y'all come here, tell them Drew Diaz sent y'all for 0% off. And then I just got myself a little ravioli thingy, and I told them to put salmon on top because it just came regular degular, and I'm not a regular degular person, so I told them to put salmon on top. But this is what I had last time I came here, and this thing was over here doing my daily pre-market breakdown with my students. Uh, we go over basically every pair that I talk about, or every pair that I trade. Um, I'll go through the setups I'm looking at, what trades I'm looking at, um, um, yeah, what I'm gonna hop in during the day, what I'm looking for, and all that stuff. Sometimes we'll hop in trades all together. But, uh, I do this every day now, which is absolutely amazing. It's a great part of being able to connect with my students, also answer questions and stuff like that. But it's super early in the morning, so I'm gonna get back to y'all later, bro. All right, so I'm just waiting for close below this line right here. We have a beautiful squeeze going on right here, um, and we're in a downtrend under the VWAP. Um, so honestly, this Perfect setup for the strategy that I want, or the setup that I want to see here. We also have a golden arrow on TradingView printing on this candlestick right now, which is amazing. But I still want to wait for a close outside of here, so hopefully we get that soon. All right, we're in it. I'm hopping in that. We're in it, and I'm targeting these zones down here. That's the right number. Yeah. All right, I actually got a pretty good entry, I'm not gonna lie. Dang, this thing is pushing. We up $3,600. I looked down for 2 seconds, came back, and we up. Beautiful, beautiful breakout. This is why I love my Heiken Ashi breakout strategy, bro. This is why I freaking love this strategy. The volume that you get, you don't have to be in these trades that long. This is a beautiful example of it. This is absolutely amazing. We're literally up 6 bands right now, literally in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 minutes, we're up $6,000. I'm on my stop loss to break even now. Actually, just in case it decides to reverse on some fufu. We're up $9,000. Beautiful push down here. Absolutely freaking gorgeous push. We have not seen a, a green candle or a bullish candlestick yet. I'm getting confused because on this screen, on my TradingView screen, my up candles are orange. On this one, my candles are white. I really gotta change it. Actually, I'm about to change it right now. Boom, we there! We matching now. We have 8 bands on it. We're close to our take profit right now. We up 10 bandskies on it. We about to hit full take profit. Give me my freaking money, man. We have not seen an orange candlestick yet. This is absolutely gorgeous. This is what I like to call muy bien. That's what happens when you talk too much, you end up freaking jinxing yourself. Of course we stopped like freaking 3 ticks off of our full take profit, and now we're getting a retracement. I'm gonna hold it though. All right, we're getting that retracement back down. We're up $9,000 again. I like this candlestick. I just wish we had a little more volume to the downside right now. All right, so it's coming back down now. We're up $2,800. We just need to break this low. We break this low, we're good. We're cash money. We're freaking rich. Here we go, it's pushing. Here we go. Boom, let's go! We gonna take that every freaking day, man. A calm $12,000 trade. Honestly, super simple, super simple setup. We have an upper trend line that is respecting and an under trend line that— under support that is respecting. I waited for a breakout of this candlestick to close outside of it with the Heikin Ashi candlestick. Um, I had my Golden Arrow indicator pop up right here as well on TradingView, so I saw that. That was extra confluence. And after that, it was just freaking gravy. I just targeted the last lows that I saw on TradingView. I targeted the last lows. That was my full take profit. I could have held it a little longer and made a little bit more money, But man, I can't complain. $12,000 in a couple of minutes, you know what I'm saying? All right, y'all, so I'm back at the crib. Got the freaking pearly whites now. Um, so I got my top teeth done. I'm not gonna get the bottom teeth because my bottom teeth are perfectly straight already. Um, I'll just get them white until they match, um, like the the shade of my top teeth. Um, but yeah, me and my wife got them done. Uh, we started the process around a month— well, honestly, like 2 months ago. Then we had to wait a month to get the temporaries, another month to get the, the permanent ones, which is what I have now, which super excited about. Super, uh, um, I love them and all that stuff. But yeah, this, this is going to be the end of the vlog. We had a great, you know what I'm saying, day in the life. We was in Miami, we came back home, hit for gold for a couple bands, a couple Banskis, you know what I'm saying? Um, people like when I'm like super transparent about how much money I made. So I made that money trading gold, and in the past 3 days, since the past— no, and in the past, I guess like today, um, my other businesses, that's the academy, um, that's my e-commerce brand, durag brand, um, and also a couple other things I kind of do in math on it. Um, today I made around $6,000 with that as well, so trading on top of that made around $18,000 if I did the math. Yeah, $18,000 today, which is obviously cool. Um, can't complain at all. Um, yeah, but right now I'm actually about to go to church. We have church tonight at 7:30. Right now it's around 6:30, so we're about to go there right now. Um, yeah, it's just gonna be a great rest of the night after an chill after that. But hopefully you guys enjoy this video. Hopefully you guys enjoy these type of videos.
