Last month I made multiple six figures as a 23-year-old, and here is exactly how I did it. What is goodie, my people? We are back again with another gem. Listen, today I'm going to be super transparent. Today I'm going to break down all my streams of income, how much I made from them last month, which is March, and I'm also going to show you guys exactly how I did it so hopefully you could replicate it for yourself. So if you're excited for this banger, smash the freaking like button, man, because this is going to be— this is probably gonna be my best video in the entire freaking existence of me ever creating YouTube videos. And that is, that is a huge statement considering I've been making YouTube videos since 2016, technically, if you want to count my Minecraft channel when I was like 12. It's been about 20— since 2013. So I've been in this game for a long time, and this might be the biggest one yet. So stay tuned to the end, and let's just hop right into this. First of all, I do want to point out this is not a bragging video. I do not care at all. I don't even— if y'all know me, if y'all me on Instagram, which I highly suggest you guys do, it's right up there or up there, @juver_. I got verified now, so y'all don't gotta worry about these fake freaking accounts. Um, but if you follow me on Instagram, you know I'm not a flashy person at all. I don't care, I don't drive no fancy cars, I don't live in no— well, I live in a decent house and I have a Tesla, so I— but I'm not driving no Lamborghini, I'm not driving no Bugatti, no, no Rolls-Royce. I could, but it's— I don't care about that stuff. I really don't even like spending money personally, and you'll kind of see that towards the end of this video. But I was saying all that to say this video is not bragging. I don't care. I'm not here to flex. I do these videos all the time. These are like my favorite videos to make, just being super transparent with you guys so you guys can see exactly how much I'm making, how I'm making them, so hopefully you can replicate it for yourself. But let's hop into the first stream of income that I have. So real estate, right? I've just now gotten into real estate. Literally last month we closed on our first property. We were supposed to close on 3 more, but the lender was being super, super fishy. So we just have this one right now. I actually need to buy a bunch more because I need to offset the amount of money that I'm making this year. Cash-wise, I need to buy a bunch more properties, and I will be doing that soon. But we have one property, and in one month, it rented for $1,400. I do Section 8 rentals, so I have one single-family house in Ohio, in Cleveland, Ohio, and we rent it out to a Section 8 tenant that pays around $1,400 a month. Now, that isn't net. I net around $400 to really from $500 to $300 per month really in net is what we're estimated to receive a net income every single month. But gross, it rented for around $1,400, that one property in Cleveland. Now, a couple people asked me why, because I've talked about it before, but a couple people asked me why I do Section 8 rentals. I personally just— or why I want to get into Section 8 rentals, because I only have one, so I can't really say I do it. But I personally like it just due to the guaranteed rent, because it's like the government is paying you. And I pay a lot of freaking taxes. I hate paying money to the government. I don't care who you are, I don't care if the IRS is watching this. I hate paying money to you— I'm not going to say it. I hate paying money to you stupid people. So like getting a check back from the government from Section 8 housing is like my way of getting my money back, you know what I'm saying? The government's paying me this time. That's how I feel. Um, but then I also like being able to have that guaranteed rent as well as provide nice housing for people who are, uh, less fortunate income-wise. So my second stream of income is affiliate marketing. Now I don't know if you guys watch my videos or follow me on Instagram, I don't really promote that much stuff. So Sometimes I'll have a little burst of like supporting my friends or supporting people that I know that have businesses, and I'll just like, I'll do a little bit of affiliate marketing with that, but I really don't do it that often. So all of March I made $2,300 from affiliate marketing. If you don't know what affiliate marketing is, it's basically, um, like you— I say hit the link in my bio and buy this new car, then I get 10% of the sale price if you use my link. That's what affiliate marketing is. You can do it for clothing, you can do it for Amazon, you can do it for Um, not really cars, I don't think. But anyways, um, so a couple of affiliate things that I do have inside my description in case you guys want to know. I do have my trading broker in there if you use MetaTrader and you trade Forex. I have my OspreyFX broker because that's the broker that I personally use and I recommend. I just personally love them. They've never given me any problems. They've only been good to me. Another link I have inside my description, one of my friends owns like a— he does like the, the bet picks and all that. It's a link for inside my description there. Um, but yeah, I think that's really all that's in my description, but I really don't promote it. It just happens to be there, but That's how I made $2,300 from affiliate marketing, basically doing nothing. So my next stream of income is crypto passive income. Now, if you followed my channel for a while, you know I'm heavily in cryptocurrency. The market is trash right now, I'm not gonna lie to you. It's very, very hard to make— well, not now. A couple months ago it was trash. Right now it's kind of inching its way back up. I'm making a lot more money in crypto now, my long-term holds and stuff like that. But in my passive income, I have a couple different streams that's coming in, well, that was coming in in March. So I was able to rack in $7,300 from my crypto passive income. Now, I don't really touch that money. I kind of just reinvest it into each protocol. That's just from like some DeFi things. That's from some just holdings that I have, some staking that I have. Um, but that's how much I was able to make with my current crypto passive income plays that I am holding on to. I haven't really made any new ones, those are just kind of ones that I've had $7,300 is from crypto passive income. Okay, so the next one is mentorship, and this one is kind of like a mistake because I don't do— I don't offer mentorship. Like, you can't come to me and go to my website and sign up for mentorship for $1,000 a month, nothing like that, right? Because I don't offer that right now. You know, I personally love mentorship. I love mentoring people. I would love to be able to offer that. That's literally like what my purpose and my passion is. I really love helping teach people how to make money. It's not even just with trading, but but with business, starting whole brands, all that type of stuff. I love that, I love helping people that don't know how to make money make money, you know what I'm saying? But I don't offer it right now, just, I don't know why I don't actually, but I don't offer it. But someone had actually reached out to me and they were begging me and begging me and begging me, and I told them they pay me this amount and I'll give them 3 sessions or something like that. So they paid the amount, it was $9,997, it's $10,000 basically, but I told them, if they pay that, I would help them. I would put them on the right path. I'll show them kind of what I would do if I was in their situation to get where they want to get. It actually had worked out very, very well for them. Um, they are on a very good path right now, which is absolutely amazing. So it makes me want to do the mentorship even more. But like I said, the $9,997 that I made from the mentorship was not something that I had planned. It wasn't a stream of income that I had. The opportunity just came and the person just happened to just want to do it, so I did it. But yeah, $9,997, add that to the pot. Okay, next is my YouTube income. Now last month was very, very slow for me with YouTube. If you guys don't know, I have multiple channels. I have a channel with almost 1.1 million subscribers, I have another one with 100K, I have this one with 200-something thousand, I have another one with 80K, another one with 40K. I have a bunch of channels, right? They have a whole bunch of subscribers. But last month was very, very slow for me just due to the fact that I didn't really feel like posting. Especially not on my main channel. Well, this is technically my main channel, especially not on my bigger channel, the regular Shoe Fair channel. I just didn't feel like posting on it, so I was not motivated at all. So I really didn't make that much from YouTube compared to how much I usually make. If you guys have watched my other videos where I break down how much I make a month, you know the number is usually a lot higher. But this month I was able to rack in just around $16,000 from my YouTube videos, just the Google AdSense, what YouTube pays you per view. All right, so now on to my trading income. How much was I made? How much did I make last month? Everybody wants to freaking know. Well, I'm gonna tell you. Last month with my trading, I made $140,056. I think I said that right. $140,056. Yeah, $140,056 from trading last month. That was my total P&L. So that's the amount I made minus the losses that I took and all of that, because we all do take losses as traders. But it was a pretty good month last night. Made over last night. Pretty good month last month. I made a pretty good amount of money. Can't complain at all. That's how much we made from trading. It was a pretty good month. Um, this has been years in the making. I've literally been trading since 2017, so it's been a very freaking long time. Well, I'll say I've been legitimately trading since like 2020. I started in 2017, but I wasn't for real. I was playing around, losing freaking money. It wasn't fun. I wasn't being serious, serious. But I really started honing in and focusing in, in, uh, 2020. And now We're having 6-figure months with it, which is absolutely freaking amazing. And you know what I'm saying? I'm just happy to be here, man. All right, so my last and biggest source of income that I had last month, which was absolutely freaking amazing. Keep in mind, I did leave some sources of income out just due to the fact that they are kind of harder to calculate or they're smaller numbers, like house appreciation. I don't really, I can't calculate that accurately. The appreciation on my stock portfolio, credit portfolio, I just didn't throw that in there because I haven't liquidated it, so I didn't really make the money. It's floating, you know what I'm saying? So I didn't really need to throw that in there. My last and final source of income that I'm going to talk about today is my course income. Last month I brought in $188,000 selling courses, teaching people how to trade, whether it be Forex, whether it be crypto, whether it be DeFi, whatever it is. That's how much I was able to bring in last month. Now I can already hear the comments going, you made more money selling courses than you did trading. Listen, you know what I'm saying? I'm the most transparent person you'll ever meet in your entire life. I'm trying— I try and be super genuine with my audience, with people that I meet in real life. Like, I'm just super, super genuine. I want to be like relatable to a lot of people. I want— that's why I like doing these type of videos where I break down how much I make a month, how much I make per day, how much I make a week. I've done videos like this all the freaking time. If you scroll back on my video, I'm just super, super transparent because I'm hoping that it'll be able to help other people or inspire other people to also know that they can achieve this. Because I'm a regular degular person, you know what I'm saying? I have on a durag, I have on a black t-shirt that I wear every single freaking day. I'm just a regular dude, you know what I'm saying? But I was saying all that to say that I can already see somebody being like, oh, you made more money selling courses than you did trading. You have to realize, right, um, I did actually net at $188,000. I have a lot of employees, I have a lot of ad spend that I have promoting the, um, stuff. People think I only make money when I promote it on my YouTube channel. If that was the case, I probably wouldn't have made a lot of money at all promoting on my YouTube. I run ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, all them ads, and then the ad spend is very high on that. So I didn't net as much, but the gross income was $188,000, which is pretty, pretty fricking good. And I love, like I told you guys with the whole mentorship thing, that's like my passion. I love teaching people how to make money. And the fact that I can have a business that is so successful Keep in mind, it was not like that the month before. I just now started making it like go crazy. I just now started pouring a lot more money into it, um, with employees and people on payroll and ad spend and all that. Um, so that was the last month, was the first month, and went like crazy like that and did actually very good, which is beautiful because the results that I'm seeing and the Discord and the screenshots I'm getting, the text messages, the emails of people just saying they, they're making $10,000, they're making $5,000, they're they were struggling to be profitable traders before they bought my courses. Like, them things is just like amazing to me. It's just beautiful. Just like the whole mentorship thing, I told you I just love helping people learn how to make money because making money is not hard. It's the knowledge about how to make money that is not available to people that is the hard part. They don't know what they're looking for. They don't know how to get to where they're getting to. It's just the lack of knowledge that's making it hard for them to make money. It's not the actual concept and actual work in making money. So the fact that I'm able to share that knowledge with people and help them make a whole bunch of frickin' money is just beautiful to me, and I absolutely love it. So that is all of the sources of income I'm gonna talk about today. The total comes out to $360,297 in total income that I made last month. That's gross income. I didn't go through all my expenses.
