One person argues $50,000 a month in passive income is enough to live well. That covers a high-end house, three nice cars, groceries, travel, and extras. He gets that money from real estate and low-maintenance investments, not from working.

I think a lot of people get really surprised when I answer this question. Realistically, I feel like I can personally live off of $50,000 a month of passive income. Now, that's completely different from active income. Passive, that's income from real estate, coming from any type of passive investments that I have that pay me out money pretty passively where I don't really have to do too much work on it. And the reason I think that $50,000 is enough is because you can afford a really nice house, 3 pretty nice cars, and still have spending money afterwards, obviously for groceries and other things you want to do, travel and stuff like that, on $50,000 a month every single month.
