I Made $20,200 Trading NAS100 Today | Forex Trading Day Recap

In this video, Josiah Stewart launches a daily trading‑day recap series, promising full transparency by reviewing every trade—wins, break‑even, and losses. He explains his core strategy of trading London high/low rejections on 15‑minute and 5‑minute charts, using a fixed $8,000 risk per trade on his main account (or $500 on a smaller account) and targeting at least a 2:1 risk‑to‑reward ratio. He details his trade‑management rule of moving the stop loss to break‑even once price reaches the halfway point of the target, citing back‑tested success rates (~86% continuation). He walks through specific trades from the previous day, including a break‑even trade and a successful 2.5:1 trade that generated roughly $20,000 in profit, bringing his daily P&L to about $20,200. Throughout, he promotes his paid "signals chat" and a free course that teaches MetaTrader setup, psychology, and all his strategies, urging viewers to like, subscribe, and comment. The tone blends instructional detail, personal reflection, and promotional persuasion.

What is goodie, my people? We are back again with another gem. Listen, today I am actually going to be starting something that I've been wanting to start for a very long time. I kind of talked about it in my signals chat, kind of gave y'all a little teaser. If you're in the signals chat, I told you I was gonna do it, but it's basically just a trading day recap. And basically all it is, I'm just gonna be showing you guys exactly how my trading day went, no matter if I won, no matter if I broke even, no matter if I didn't really catch a trade, uh, no matter if I lost, you know what I'm saying? I'm just gonna go through my trades or kind of what I was thinking the whole trading day because I feel like this is very important, very valuable for a lot of people because I feel like if I had a YouTuber that was kind of doing this and I was watching them consistently, I would be like, okay, I see why they took this trade, I see why they moved their stop loss to break even here, I see why they just let this one run and they were confident in this trade. So I feel like it would be able to help a lot of people, plus I enjoy sharing like my trade. Anyways, like I was saying, I enjoy sharing my trades. Um, so really just gonna hop into this. This is actually the first day I'm gonna go over my trades that I took today. Y'all go see if I was profitable, if I lost money, if I broke even, whatever it is. I'm gonna try and do this every day. I'm trying to do it as often as possible just to keep y'all really updated. I don't want to hide anything. If I have a losing day, I definitely don't want to not, not post that video so y'all think I'm just the best trader in the freaking world. We all have losing, losing days. We all have losing trades, all that stuff. So I'm gonna be super transparent. So if you're excited for these videos, smash the like button, you know what I'm saying? I gotta get a bunch of likes on this video for me to stay consistent with this type of series or whatever, because it can be a lot of work at the end of the day to kind of recap all my trades and go through the depressing— the depressiveness of going over my losses or um, I miss trades or whatever the heck it is. So y'all gotta smash the like button. I need to see some good support. Also comment down below other video ideas that y'all want me to do as well. I'm very open to it. I really, you know what I'm saying, I'm, I'm here to entertain and I'm here to educate. But without further ado, make sure you're subscribed. You thought I was gonna forget? Subscribe right now. Now let's hop into the video. Wait, wait, before we hop into the video, I talked about my signals chat. Y'all know I have a signals chat, but listen, the signals is valid. Every trade that I, that y'all gonna see me go over today, I called inside the signals chat. Every single trade I hop in is in the signals chat. If y'all want to hop into that, link inside the description, it's also inside the comment section down below. But that's not even the best part about the signals chat. I'll be trying to tell y'all, it's a literal whole free course in the signals chat that comes with it. Like, it literally teaches y'all everything, step one to step a million. It teaches you how to set up MetaTrader, teaches y'all how to— I gotta put a video in there to use like MetaTrader on the computer because right now I have it for the phone. But it teaches y'all how to do everything, psychology, it teaches y'all every single strategy that I use when I'm trading. People freaking love the course. That's all I'm saying. People that's in the signals chat, we making money in the signals, but the course is the most valuable thing because then you can trade by yourself without me having to— without me having to hold your hand and tell y'all trades or whatever the heck it is. So that's something that interests y'all, link inside description. Now let's hop into my, uh, trading day of the day, or the past day. Y'all know what the heck I'm talking about. Let's go. All right, so here we are right now. It is 4:28, uh, Central Standard Time, so 5:28, um, EST, and the markets are closed. That's why you see price is not moving right now. We're at the $11,289 area. As y'all see, this is the different trades that I did take in the past 2 days. This was actually yesterday. I'll go over that trade a little bit later, but this is the only trade that I took this morning. And as you see, this was a break-even trade. Um, basically, if y'all know my strategy, I went over my strategy multiple times. If y'all want this, I'm not gonna do a whole breakdown of my strategy in this video. Um, but if y'all want to like know my strategy, sign up for the signals channel link down below and just watch the free courses all in there. But this is basically my strategy. I, um, was just waiting for a rejection off of this London low right here, and then we had that nice rejection. It's red— I mean, this, this black candlestick right here. So I ended up hopping into the trade right— let me delete this so y'all, so y'all can see it better. But, um, I ended up hopping into the trade right on the close of this candlestick. I ended up putting my stop loss right below this red candlestick, and my take profit was just at this last high right here. So a nice, um, 2.6 to 1 risk-to-reward ratio. And usually when I'm taking my trades, you have to understand this, I'm gonna tell you, I'm gonna be 100% realistic with y'all, right? Every single time I have multiple different accounts, but like my main account, I'm risking $8,000 per trade. So no matter what, I'm always risking $8,000. So no matter how big the stop loss is, like this right here is 44-pip stop loss, this trade over here was a 71-pip stop loss, no matter how big this— the, the pip size is, the point size is, I'm risking the same amount. I'm just adjusting my lot size, so I'm always risking $8,000. Um, and most of the time I'm doing at least a 2:1 risk-to-reward ratio. Most of the time it's like 3:1 risk-to-reward ratios and upwards from there. But I do take like 2 or 2.5:1, uh, risk-to-reward ratios. Um, so like if you do the math on that, I'm risking $8,000 to minimum make $16,000 every single trade. That's minimum, I'm gonna make $16,000 for every single win. But basically how I do my trades, I always have two different, um, take I have my full take profit, which would be this one up here. And then in the middle of the trade, or halfway through the trade, I also have my first take profit, which is this white line right here. And basically when price reaches there, I move my stop loss to break even, so it's a risk-free trade. And the reason I do this is just from backtesting multiple hours, I realized if price ends up going up that high halfway into my, um, my, uh, target level, then price most of the time goes and hits it like I think the percentage for me was like 86% or something like that. If it passes halfway through, it's gonna go and hit my full take profit. But, um, that other 17%, it does end up coming down and taking me out the trade, which is perfectly fine because at the end of the day, I'd much rather break even than lose money. And as you see, I would have actually lost this trade because it came up here to the London high, um, then came all the way back down, and it literally dropped all the way down like this was a 260-pip drop down. So I would have technically lost the trade if I didn't stick to my trading plan and move my stop loss to break even as soon as it got to the halfway mark, which it did. Move it to break even. So I ended up— I actually did not make any money this morning on this trade, but I did take a trade last night which was pretty good. This was a 2.5:1 risk-to-reward ratio. This was called In the Signals chat, and basically it's the same exact strategy. Let me just break it write it down for y'all on, um, this chart right here so y'all can see it. But it's a literal same exact strategy. So I'm on my 15-minute time frame, and it wasn't this day, it was the day before. So this one. So all I did was draw my boxes around London high— I mean, London low and London high right here. And all I did was literally just wait. I figured price would be bullish, but honestly, I'm, um, I'm— I like to say that I'm like, okay, if I think price is gonna be bullish, most of the time price doesn't like what the heck I say, so it does the complete opposite. So I really look for trades no matter which direction. I see we are making, um, higher lows right here though, so I am confident in a buy. So I think if price comes back down to London low, um, that it will reject. If I see a rejection on London low, I'll feel very confident hopping into a buy and targeting this high as my, um, take profit. It's kind of the same trade that I took this morning except price did not go through, um, the London high to hit our TP, uh, this morning. But last night, which is technically early this morning, um, they ended up doing it. So all I did literally was wait for price to come back down here. I went down to my 5-minute time frame. I waited for price to come down. It came down close to it and then rejected it. Like right here. I didn't hop into the trade right here even though I really thought about it, and I should have hopped into the trade here technically because it— even though it didn't touch my box yet, it still rejected this lower zone right here. But I ended up not hopping into the trade, um, and ended up going up a little bit then coming back down actually into my box. And then we had a huge rejection, this big old fat candlestick. That's why my stop loss was so big, because I literally entered at the top of this candlestick, put my stop loss right below London low. And I targeted, um, the last high, which was right here. And price was really just playing around. Keep in mind, this is later on today, is that like 1 o'clock Central Standard Time, so around 3 hours before, um, the markets closed. And it was just playing around, um, going up, down. And then I think it closed— we were down for a lot, we was in drawdown for a good amount of time, but it was really just respecting this box right here. I— this would have been a perfect trade if I hopped on this rejection instead. I would have had my stop loss as 28 pips and my take profit would have been up here. So this would have been a 7.8 to 1 risk to reward ratio, which would have been freaking amazing. But I had hopped in this trade, um, earlier, which made my stop loss a little bit bigger, and I wasn't going to enter another position here because like I told y'all, I risk $8,000 per trade no matter what. And if I enter another position here, I'd be risking more than $8,000 because I already maxed out kind of my trade risk on this first trade. Um, but during all this, I'm, I'm, you know what I'm saying, I'm following my trade plan. Because if you— I've talked about this in my previous video— if you have a trading plan, you have a lot less stress when you're trading because you don't have to second-guess what you're gonna do. You don't have to think, oh, what I'm gonna do, I'm in drawdown, what should I do, should I close the trade, should I— you have a plan that says if price does this, you're gonna do this until price gets here. So for my plan, it's simply if price comes and rejects one of these zones, I hop into the trade and I'm not going to do anything into the trade until price goes to the middle of my price target. And then once price hits the middle of my price target, I'm going to move my stop loss to break even. If that doesn't happen, I get taken out the trade and that's fine because I've done the, I've done the hours and days of backtesting. So I know and I'm confident in my trading plan. So I was down roughly like $6,000 or $7,000, almost $7,000 on the bottom of this candlestick right here. Um, in drawdown. And this, at this point, is at 3 o'clock, um, Central Standard Time. And it's just— it's literally just chilling in here. And if y'all know, towards the end of the day, um, before the market closes, um, on NAS, it just— there's just barely movement. So I was really just in drawdown for the longest of time, probably a couple hours. Um, and then we actually had it open— market opened back up, and we had a little push to the upside. And I was finally in the green, you know what I'm saying? But keep in mind, I go to sleep at like 10:30 or 11 o'clock or something like that, my time. So that is right— I'll tell you exactly where that is because I went to sleep before it even hit break even. So I was just like, uh, I'm, I'm not gonna fall asleep and just let this go, you know what I'm saying? I know I told you about my trading plan and all that, but I'm not— every single time I've went to sleep, I've never woken up happy with a trade. If I'm in— if I went to sleep while I'm in a trade, I always wake up sad and depressed because I lost freaking trade. So I'm like, okay, I would much rather just break even, um, in the morning than to actually be taking out the trade and lose money overnight because I'm sick and tired of waking up sad looking at my phone hoping to see money and instead I saw a whole bunch of red and I'm down $8,000 or whatever the heck it is. Um, keep in mind these numbers I'm putting out, I had to just trade on multiple different accounts but I'm just putting it out on my main account because like I said I risk $8,000 per trade. On that account. Um, I do have my smaller account which I risk like $500. I'm trying to flip it basically, but I risk $500 per trade on that one. Um, that's a super small account that I'm really just trying to flip for fun. But anyways, back to what I was saying, so I think I fell asleep right— let me see what time it was. Like, I stopped checking my phone probably on this candlestick. Yeah, because I was thinking about putting my stop loss right below this low right here so I would, um, get taken out in profit. But I ended up not doing that and just saying move my stop loss to break even. And then price did the unthinkable and actually went in my freaking direction. So I woke— I didn't press spacebar, but basically that's what happened. I literally woke up and price was right down. I looked at the chart and price was right here. I'm like, oh, this is real close to my take profit. I was like, uh, should I take out right now? I was like, nah, my stop loss is break even, I'm just gonna let my trade play out. And as you see, the trade did play out and actually hit up here. We hit that 2.5 to 1 risk to reward ratio, which comes out to a $20,000 day last— late last night, early this morning. Um, so yeah, so I made $20,000 on this trade right here. And, um, like I told y'all, the trade I took this morning broke even, so I really didn't make any money on that, like $200 or whatever. But that's fine. So my P&L for the day technically is $20,000 and, well, $20,200 or something like that if you add the break-even amount that I get. But, um, yeah, so that's basically been my trading day for today. Um, I could go over my trades for the past couple days, but I think I'll just start fresh tomorrow with my trading day tomorrow. Hopefully we get some trades or whatever. But this is my trades for the day before that. Another break-even. This is a win. This is a break-even, then a win right here. Um, this was 2 wins, a 3:1 risk-to-reward ratio, and this one was a ridiculous 5:1 risk-to-reward ratio, which was absolutely freaking amazing. Um, but yeah, all of them were called inside my signals chat. So like I said, if that's something that interests y'all, hit the signals chat link inside description and all that. But if y'all enjoyed the video, smash the like button, subscribe if you're not subscribed already. Hopefully y'all can kind of get a little, a little inside scoop to what the heck be going on in my mind as far as why did I stay inside a trade, why do I move my stop losses to break even, um, why if I would close out my trades earlier, um, it's gonna be a— it's gonna be very, very, very fun, especially in the next couple days. As time goes on, you're gonna see how I react in certain situations, how I react, um, on certain days. If I lost, if I lose twice, y'all go see me come on here crying and all that. It's gonna be good vibes, you know what I'm saying? So if y'all excited for these videos, smash the like button. And that's really about it. That's all I got. I feel like I just did a whole bunch of talking. And a whole bunch of clicking. Hopefully y'all enjoyed it. Oh yeah, goodbye. What was this anyways?
