In this YouTube monologue, creator Josiah Stewart (Juver_) recounts his rapid shift from a bullish supporter of the Time Wonderland (TIME/WMEMO) DeFi project to an outright exit within a single day. He begins by recalling his earlier enthusiasm, where he projected massive returns and even encouraged family members to invest. Over the past 10‑12 hours, a series of revelations about one of the project’s co‑founders—referred to as “Sifu” (real name Michael)—have emerged. A Twitter thread by @ZackXBT links Sifu to the infamous QuadrigaCX scandal, alleging that he previously ran the Canadian exchange’s identity‑theft ring “Shadow Crew” and helped its founder Gerald Cotten fake his death and abscond with $169 million. Stewart argues that the project’s other co‑founder, Danielle (or Danielli), knew about Sifu’s criminal past for months yet failed to disclose it to the community, violating the project’s doxxed‑team ethos. This breach of trust, combined with a 55‑56 % price drop in TIME/WMEMO, prompts Stewart to liquidate his holdings. He demonstrates the on‑screen balance (0.16898 WMEMO ≈ $3,391), swaps the tokens for AVAX on Trader Joe, and plans to redeploy the capital into a new NFT‑node project called “Universe,” which he promotes on his Patreon. Throughout, he emphasizes that his statements are not financial advice, urges viewers to stay flexible, and invites discussion on the community’s trust in the project’s leadership.

What is good, my people? We are back again with another gem. Listen, today y'all see the title, y'all know what the heck is going on. Honestly, a lot of YouTubers, I feel a lot of people overall just hate to go back on what the heck they were so bullish about, so passionate about before. I'm one of them. I hate being like, dang, I was wrong, but I don't hate it enough to not say it, you know what I'm saying? In this video, I'm gonna go over some crazy events that have happened in the past 10 10, 12 hours when it comes to Time Wonderland. If you've been out the loop, I'm about to get you in the loop really fast. And then from there, obviously you have to make your decision, but I've already made my mind up on what I am going to do. But if you're excited for this video, I don't know if it's something you'd be excited about. If you're ready for this video, I should say, smash the like button, hit the subscribe button, turn on post notification bell, 'cause you're gonna wanna be notified whenever I drop these gems, whether these gems be gems on how to make you money, how to save you money, keep you updated on the crypto market itself. You just gonna want to be notified whenever I drop them. But without further ado, man, let's just hop right into this. Wait, I'm not gonna talk about Patreon right now, but if you want to get into the Patreon, you can, you know what I'm saying? I don't want to hear nobody in the comments— y'all see what the Versace robe, you know what I'm saying? Hold on, I got the Versace, the Versace belt thingy. Where the other part at? Oh, it's right here. The Versace belt thing. Yeah, I don't want to hear nobody talking about, oh, you spend your money on stupid stuff. Yeah, shut up, shut up, you know what I'm saying? I didn't even buy this. My fiancée bought this for me for Christmas, and it's my first time wearing it. And I just feel great, you know what I'm saying? I feel, I feel rich wearing this because I did not feel rich when I woke up and looked at Time Wonderland today. But we're about to get into that literally right now. Let's go. So boom, wonderland.money. Time Wonderland, our old friend. If you guys have been keeping up with my channel, I made a bunch of videos about Time Wonderland. I personally loved it. I thought it was about to be the next greatest thing. I personally was, I was just waiting. A year from now you could turn $1,000 or $1,315 into a million dollars. That's my first Time Wonderland video was titled because that's what the math was showing me. In that time, I truly believed in the project. I truly believed in developers. I truly believed in the whole thing overall. It's very bullish on it long term. I, I, I've had my family members put money— well, I haven't had them, I've told them about it and they put money in it because look, look at me, look at me. I know I'm wearing a nice, a nice robe, you know what I'm saying, with a sexy durag, you know what I'm saying, but I'm not a financial advisor. We're just friends. I'm trying to put you onto what I'm onto, you know what I'm saying? But back to what the heck I was saying, a lot of people have been put onto Time Wonderland, have researched it and went into it themselves. I really love the project, but over the past 12, 10, 5, 7 hours, a lot of things that have changed, which has made me come to the conclusion that I will be selling all of my Time Wonderland. Now keep in mind, if we come here, let's go to CoinMarketCap really quickly. If we come here, if you've been keeping up with all the DAOs, a lot of the DAOs have been down a whole bunch. Time Wonderland has been down a lot, but today it is down even more, 56% on the TIME token. If we go to wrapped memo, which is kind of what they're trying to go by, they're also down 55%. And the reason that is, is because one of the developers— so there's two head people at Time Wonderland. There's the main guy, Danieli, you know what I'm saying? And then there's Saifu, whatever the heck you call him. I'm gonna say Syfoo for this video. That's not how you pronounce it, don't care. I really don't. You know who I'm talking about. But Syfoo is not doxxed. He was not doxxed, I should say. And doxxed means we don't know what he looks like, we don't know his real name, you know what I'm saying? But the other guy, Danielle, which is kind of like the main, main guy, he is doxxed. We've seen his face all the time. But this new guy, Syfoo— well, he's not new, he's been in the project the whole time. But, um, Syfoo, he was not doxxed, but his information was leaked. Over in the middle of the night last night, honestly, like 2, 3, 4 o'clock in the morning. So as you can tell, when I woke up this morning, I was just bombarded by a bunch of information that just made me absolutely sad and want to go back to sleep, but not before I sold my Time Wonderland, which I have not yet to do. I will do it in this video though, or after this video, whatever it is. But if we come here on Twitter, let's just hop right into the information. First of all, I did not get any of this information. I did not compile any information. I did not find none of this. It's all from things I've seen, things people have sent me. We're just going to be going through this one thread on Twitter right now. First of all, go follow me on Twitter if you're not already, @Juver_. I be tweeting some good stuff. You're going to want to be in the loop with my Twitter. My Twitter be fire, I'm not going to lie to you. But this one thread by @ZackXBT— I do not know this person, I just, I, I found this thread and it, and it really stockpiles and puts everything into perspective and kind of puts everything together. So it shows you exactly what the heck is going on. So keep in mind, you're going to want to get some popcorn, you know what I'm saying? Go get some snacks, cuz this Whole thing is literally like a freaking crime movie documentary series thing. I never would have thought any of this would happen. But anyways, let's just hop right into this tweet by @Zackxbt. So it says, this needs to be shared. Cyphu is the co-founder of QuadrigCX. QuadrigCX, you know what I'm saying? That's definitely not how you pronounce it, but that's what we're going to. If you don't know what that is, we can literally Google it right now. I already Googled it. It was one of the biggest cryptocurrency exchanges in Canada, and it got shut down. And one of the owners, very, very sketchy— this is how it starts off. This whole storyline starts off very sketchily, you know what I'm saying? It was started by this one dude named Gerald Cotten. Now, Mr. Gerald Cotten is pronounced dead. People think he's dead. He's legally dead. We don't know if he's really dead. There have been a lot of speculations thinking he fake died and just ran off with all the money. Because if we read over here, it says, uh, which is believed to be Canada's largest cryptocurrency exchange. In 2019, the exchange ceased operations and the company was declared bankrupt with $215 million in liabilities and about $28 million in assets. So in the middle of nowhere, this guy just— well, the whole company just kind of shut down and the guy disappeared. Well, died. We think he disappeared. I think he disappeared, you know what I'm saying? I'm a detective. Call me, call me the Hardy Boys, you know what I'm saying? But I think he, he ran off with the money, changed his identity. We'll get into that a little bit later. But ran off with the money, changed his identity, and proclaimed himself dead as Mr. Gerald Cotton, you know what I'm saying? But come back into the tweet. Um, yeah, he disappeared with $169 million. That's Gerald Cotton. Now keep in mind on the next part of it, prior to Quadriga— that's what we're gonna call it— Michael helped run an identity theft called Shadow Crew, in which he later pled guilty to. Now Michael is Sifu. That is his real name that has come out. There was a picture of him that I saw in one tweet, but I don't want to put that picture out there because I'm gonna get in legal trouble or nothing like that, B family. I don't know, I don't want none of them, you know what I'm saying? I'm just trying to update y'all on what the heck I found out in this morning of me being deep in this research, finding a whole bunch of articles and tweets even about the past company and stuff like that. Like, even if we scroll down here, there's a bunch of questions that's asking, is he actually really dead, you know what I'm saying? Was he cremated? And somebody said he was— the whole, the whole topic of him being dead is very suspect from where he was buried, buried at, to where he was cremated at, you know what I'm saying? It's just very suspect. So I personally think the man is still alive, living large with that $169 million that he stole from the company. Now keep in mind that this Gerald Cotton is not Sifu. Sifu is the Michael person that they're talking about right here. So prior to Quadriga, you know what I'm saying, Michael Sifu helped run an identity theft ring called Shadow Crew, in which he later pled guilty to. Now this sounds like straight out of movie. If you've ever watched any like criminal movie where it's like drug dealers trying to get away or any of that, and they go to a person they gotta connect that can get them a new ID, a new passport, a new freaking— a whole new life overall, Social Security number, all that, you know what I'm saying? That's basically what this man Siphi was doing. He had a company that did that. He was making people fake IDs, fake lives, fake whatever. So I'm thinking You know what I'm saying? Mr. Sifu helped Mr. Green Cotton— Cotton Green, whatever the heck his name is— get a whole new identity and he died. Now, I'm not a detective. I'm— this is not factual information. I'm spec— I'm speculating right now, you know what I'm saying? But all of this was part of Sifu. Sifu was part of that Quadriga thingy. He was part of— he started this identity theft ring called Shadow Crew. Um, that was before the Quadriga. And guess what? This is the thing that really like really kind of made me be like, I can't be in this project anymore. It would be one thing for if that was all a secret, you know, see if nobody knew about it, if he was hiding that from the world. But Danny Danielli, the main person of Time Wonderland, he knew about this for months, you know, saying he knew his partner was this person for months. And if we go to his Twitter, actually, I'm not gonna go to it right now. But, um, if we go to his Twitter, Danieli, he talks and says, yeah, he's become friends with Sifu, he trusts him and all that type of stuff, which is cool. It's cool that you trust him, you know what I'm saying? But to trust everybody else's money with him and to put you trusting him as enough for everybody else to trust him, it just doesn't seem very trustworthy to me at all. Because if you trust him so much, you would have hidden this information from from everybody. The amount of money that people have put into Time Wonderland, they deserve to know the actual people that are running these programs. They should have known this information as soon as you knew about it, and they could have made a whole vote to say, okay, do we still want to keep him as part of the project? Do we want to replace him with somebody else? That's what they're doing literally right now. Um, I think Danielli put out a vote where people are able to go and vote and say if they want to keep Sifu in or not. But that should have been done right when Danielle found out who he was. It should not have been until some— I don't even know how the information came out. Somebody found him, you know what I'm saying? It should not have been until he got exposed that this is now— people are learning about this and having to work with this. I personally think that is very, very, very untrustworthy. I personally cannot trust Danielle overall at this point because if the whole— if it was just Danielle that knew about it, or if it was multiple people that knew about it, The community— everybody else always wants to talk about it's all community-driven, everything's all about trustworthiness, everything's about being doxxed and being safe. Danielli says all the time, doxxed teams are way better than anonymous teams. It does not make sense that we should have to figure out this way and then not have a choice in being able to know who we are trusting our money to. Because honestly, it's— it's— to me personally, it's super just shady that you would hide this information knowing it's such a big amount of information. This is not somebody that stole from his grandma one day, you know what I'm saying? This person was part of a, first of all, an identity theft ring that was doing how much? I was reading on another article that they were doing a lot of human trafficking and some crazy stuff, you know what I'm saying? Some absolutely ludicrous stuff. It wasn't just like regular stuff. He did not just steal $20 from his grandma's purse, you know what I'm saying? He was part of this whole super, super sketchy Canadian exchange, that Quadriga thingy that I was talking about, and that has stolen millions of people's dollars, hundreds of millions of people's dollars. So I personally feel like it's very, very shady overall, and this definitely should have been something that should have been brought to the attention of the community as soon as it was learned, because Sifu could have hid it from everybody. But the fact that it was not hid from anybody and Danielli knew about this for multiple, multiple months. It's just, it does not scream trust this guy, you know what I'm saying? It does not scream trust this guy. So those are really the reasons. It's not so much that Sifu is the guy that did all that, because if they just got rid of him off rip once they found this happened, I would still trust the project in the long run. But it's due to the fact that Daniele knew about it and whoever else knew about it, and they did not disclose that information to the whole community, the people that are behind this, people that are funding the treasury, that are doing all these different things. That's the main reason why I feel I cannot be connected to this project anymore. Of course, I was very bullish on this project. I've made a bunch of videos on it. People have asked me if I'm investing in Tom Wonderland and all this, and I'm like, yeah, um, but now I have decided to change my mind. And I don't think it's wrong when influencers or people or content creators or whatever you want to call them change their mind on cryptocurrency projects. I think that's what you have to do. You should not be so stuck in, you made 5 videos about this project, you can't turn around and say, nah, it's not good. Or whatever. Now keep in mind, this is not financial advice. You can still hold on to your tokens. I'm not sure what they're going to do in the future, but I'm not going to stay around and figure out what it is. If I'm going to dive into how much I have in there now and how much I invested towards, um, in a little second, but I just kind of want to get all the information out there as to why I'm not part of this project anymore. It won't be part of this project anymore, why I'm not very trustworthy of this project, um, and all of those key factors. I feel like I just talked for 100,000 hours. But let me know if you guys were able to understand that. But now let's hop into me seeing how much I'm down, because I personally don't even know how much I'm down at this point. Um, and we're gonna convert it out to something else, and I'm gonna give you guys a little sneak peek on what I'm going to be putting my Wonderland money into to hopefully make some of the profits back. All right, so boom, here we are on wonderland.money. Let's go into enter app. Let's see how much I have staked. I had my, um, Time Wonderland tokens I had them wrapped, so now I hold WMEMO. Um, once this decides to load up— the website is being slow for absolutely no reason— but I'm going to open up Trader Joe Expo. Actually, I think they have to use the new, um, website. Actually, I think it's on here. Yeah, so right now I have 0.168980 WMEMO staked in here. So we're going to copy this amount just so I see how much that is actually worth. This is the W memo. We're just going to put into the calculator right here. $3,391. Keep in mind, if you watch my first video, I put $15,000 into this project. That's actually sad. I'm— I've lost— well, technically I've taken out profit of $4,000. So technically, let's say I have $4,000 or $7,391 in here. So I've— honestly, not that bad. I lost 50%. A little bit more than 50%. I mean, that's pretty bad, but it's not as bad as I thought it was. So I guess it wasn't that bad, but I'm going to take this money. I'm going to transfer that out to AVAX really quickly. So I'm gonna come here on WMemo, buy on Sushi. Let this load up. Now I'm going to paste the amount that I have, which is this 0.16 thingy. I can't paste it. Okay, 0.1 6898, and I'm going to swap that for AVAX. Approve WMemo. Confirm. This is— this is— it's so sad. It's like— it's like— it's like I'm breaking up with my best friend, you know what I'm saying? But he wasn't my— it was never my best friend. It was just somebody cool I talked to every once in a while, you know what I'm saying? Ain't no real love there, you know what I'm saying? He was making me some money, so I was cool with you, but now you played with me, so now I gotta cut you off, you know what I'm saying? All right, so let's swap it now. Confirm swap. I'll get 54 AVAX tokens. Let's just press confirm. Um, we can exit this out, uh, once that goes through. Let's go to Trader Joe right now. This project that I'm about to actually buy right now— after this, I'm not gonna actually do it on camera, but it's a project I talked about in my Patreon. And lately, the past 2 days, it has 8x— well, not the past 2 days, past day and a half, because I did it the night before last night. It has 8x, so it's been doing pretty good. I'm pretty excited about it. It's another node project. Um, so my Patreon, maybe I'll make a video about it later on, but you can look it up, the project right here. I'm not saying to go buy this or anything like that, um, it's called Universe. You can create planets that basically are NFTs and their nodes at the same time. You can check it out if you want to. I made a whole post about it on my Patreon explaining how to do it and the benefits of it, but that's basically what I'm going to transfer my Wonderland funds into to hopefully make some of my profit back with it. Um, but once this goes through, I want to make sure it actually went through and I got my AVAX. Let's see check up here. Uh, it's still pending, but once this is through, I am absolutely out of Time Wonderland. I will not be putting money back in here. I would just be letting it chill and do whatever it wants. But that is the end of the video. Hope you guys enjoyed it. Hope I was able to kind of jog you up on what the heck has happened this past night, the past 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 hours when it comes to Time Wonderland. Let me know your guys' thoughts in the comments down below. Are you still bullish on Time? Do you believe in Mr. Danielli? You know, saying you still believe with Sifu, Sifu, maybe he changed, I don't know, maybe he— I'm just not trying to stick around to, to see if he changed or not, you know what I'm saying. I personally have no, um, interest in hodling Time Memo at this point. There are a bunch of different products out there that can make you money. Don't be so stuck to one project, don't be so stuck on being right about a project that you don't want to sell. I think that makes a lot of people lose money overall. So keep that in mind when you are investing in projects. But like I said, that's the end of it. If you guys enjoyed it, make sure you smash the like button, subscribe, and hit the post notification bell because you're going to want to be notified whenever I drop these gems. And, um, yeah, that's really about it. Good luck on your trades, look on your crypto, go look on Time Wonderland. Let's get big good luck to Danielli and Sifu, you know what I'm saying? Big good luck to Green, to Cotton Green too, wherever he's at with his $169 million of other people's money, you know what I'm saying? Good luck in life as a whole, man, and I'm seeing the next video.
