I Tried Stock Options Trading For a Week And Got RICH

In this YouTube video, the creator, a seasoned day trader, recounts a week-long experiment with options trading after being introduced to a mentor named Henry, a former Wall Street options trader who runs a paid Discord and video course. The presenter joins Henry’s program, watches the instructional material, and then executes a series of put‑selling and put‑credit‑spread trades on Robinhood, targeting large‑cap stocks such as Apple, Tesla, Meta, Google, and Microsoft. He explains the mechanics of selling puts (collecting premium in exchange for the obligation to buy the stock at a chosen strike) and put‑credit spreads (selling a put while buying a lower‑strike put as a hedge). Using roughly $200k in his account, he spends about 35 minutes placing the trades, which collectively generate roughly $2,300 in profit for the week, representing a 10%+ return on the capital allocated to the spreads. The video emphasizes the perceived low‑risk, semi‑passive nature of these strategies compared to his usual high‑intensity day‑trading of futures, crypto, and forex. Throughout, he promotes Henry’s Discord/course with affiliate links, urging viewers to join for deeper education. He frames options trading as a “cheat code” to generate passive income, encourages diversification of trading income streams, and ends with a call‑to‑action to like, subscribe, and watch related content.

So I've said this 100 times over. Once you learn how to day trade, you literally learn a skill that you can use to legally print money from anywhere at any time. And today I'm gonna show you guys exactly what I mean. I tried options trading for a week. And when I tell you I have become the best options trader in the world, I'm gonna tell you exactly how, what I did. I'm gonna show you guys my entire portfolio, the trades I took, how much money I made. We're gonna be completely transparent and just prove to you guys that day trading is a cheat code to making money. So that sounds interesting, stay for the entire video, smash the freaking like button, and let's hop right into this. All right, so boom, let's start in the beginning. So while I was out in Dubai, I met up with a friend of mine named Henry, right? He's an absolutely freaking amazing options trader. He's been trading options for over 10 years. He was working on Wall Street, all that stuff. Like, this man has all the medals, all the accolades, whatever the heck you want to call it. I met up with him and he convinced me to start trading options. Now you guys know I'm not really an options trader. I've dabbled with it a couple times, but I never really fully committed to it. I like Forex, crypto, futures, that kind of trading. Never really dabbled too much into options, but he convinced me to do it because his type of trading when it comes to options is extremely safe and way more passive than I thought it was, right? So he told me all these things, I'm like, okay, you got me, you got me hooked. What the heck is this about? So he told me about his group. He has a group where, um, obviously he has a course in there. The course is like super lengthy— not even lengthy, but just valuable. Has so many videos in it, it's like 20 hours of video or something like that. He has the Discord where he's live 2 times a week, uh, doing live trades and answering questions, stuff like that. There's 2 other coaches inside the Discord. It's just a whole bunch of freaking value in his entire program. So I join it, I'm watching through the videos, I'm like, this looks super simple, there's no way that this actually freaking works. So watch through the videos, figured I'd try it out this past Monday. Right now it's Friday. I tried out this past Monday with some, with some money, you know what I'm saying? And today I'm going to share with you guys the results. It did way better than I ever could have thought it was. It was extremely simple, extremely easy. I'm gonna break down exactly what I did, why I did it, the money that I make, and hopefully you guys can take this and make the same money, if not more. And, um, we all just print money together in the options world. Now, I'm not saying this because I'm gonna stop trading Forex, futures, crypto, whatever it is, right? This is just an addition, right? We all have to diversify our streams of income. There's not one right way to trade. As you guys know, Forex, futures, crypto, the type of day trading that I do is a lot more hands-on. It's a lot more, um, heartbeating. It's a lot more, you know what I'm saying, fun, kind of. But not all the time do we want to have that kind of, that, that, that, that huge adrenaline rush when we're trading. Sometimes I just want some safe passive income that I can make with trading, or semi-passive income. Like, literally, the trades that I took on Monday look— took me literally about 30, 35 minutes to, to put in and actually trade, and I didn't have to do anything else for the rest of the week. But I'm going to dive deeper into that. But like I was saying, sometimes in trading, I don't want to have to be there all day, every day. Sometimes I want a little more passive. So when he explained that to me And I started watching through the course content and in the Discord and watching the live videos and stuff like that. I'm like, this seems fricking amazing. So obviously I tried it out. Let's hop right in and see what the heck I did, why I did it, and how much money I made. First, before we hop into the video, I will leave a link down below for his Discord and all that. So y'all can join and do the same thing that I did, watch the same videos that I watched, all that stuff. So y'all can understand exactly what I understand about trading. Obviously I feel like maybe because I've been trading for so long that it helped click a little bit more, but realistically, The stuff I did ain't even hard. Like, I'm about to show y'all how simple it is and basically how he broke down his videos, what I did and all that. But like I said, if y'all wanna join it, I'm gonna leave a link in the description down below. I'll probably also put it inside the comment section so y'all can check it out for yourselves. All right, so boom, here we are on my Robinhood. Now, my Robinhood account has like $200-something thousand in it right now. As you see, we're up $471 in the day. We're up $2,364 in the week. Keep in mind, this is for 35 minutes of work. Which is freaking crazy. Now obviously you don't need $200,000 inside of your account to do this. I'll show you guys the plays that I took, why I took them, and why they're a lot cheaper. But basically all I did was sell puts and sell, uh, put credit spreads. And if you don't know what that is, I'm gonna break it down very simply and very quickly for you guys. You guys obviously might need more detailed kind of walkthroughs of what it is. That's why I would suggest for y'all to join that Discord that I'm talking about, the same one that I took I'm not telling you to do nothing I didn't do. The same one I took, go join that Discord, you know what I'm saying? You'll have all the videos that I watch. You'll be able to understand exactly how I watch it 'cause it's the same fricking videos I watched. So bada boom, bada bing. So basically what selling puts is, instead of buying options, like you've probably heard about buying options, you'll buy a call when you think price is gonna go up. You'll buy a put when you think price is gonna go down. We're selling options, we're on the other side of it. So when I sell a put, I think price is gonna go up, If I'm selling a call, I think price is going to go down. But basically what I mean by that is all these are put selling, basically, strategies. So all I have to do really— and Robinhood does majority of the work— like, if we honestly go to Apple right here, um, and let's go to options, trade options, sell put, just like I'm saying, and we'll change the date till next week. Um, you see this chance of profit thing right here? This is what the calculations Robinhood has given me. So if I click any of these, if I click this one, I have an 82% chance that I'm going to win this trade. If I click this one, I have a 97% chance that I'm going to win this trade. If I click all the way down here, I have a 99.82% chance I'm going to win this freaking trade. You know what I'm saying? Like, Robinhood really has done all the work as far as— and even all the platforms, like, most of the platforms will have the same chance of profit or even the delta, which is very similar to that change of, that chance of profit. And all I realistically did was come to whatever stocks, right? Look, went to sell put, looked at the different numbers, looked what I thought was reasonable. Let's say $180. All I, this, all this means with me clicking $180 is I don't think that by February 16th, Apple is gonna be under $180 per share. Right now Apple's at $188. And because I don't think it's gonna be below $180, I would, purchase this contract right here, and because I purchased the contract, I can purchase one contract right here. They pay me $11 for every contract that I purchased, basically. And that's technically a win-win situation. I'll tell you exactly why. So right now Apple is $188. The game of winning in investing is buying low and selling high. So this will automatically pay me just because I made the option for, for me to buy Apple at $180 if on February 16th it's below $180. But I don't care if I have to buy Apple for $180 because I know Apple is usually $188. So let's say, God forbid, Apple goes to $179 and I have to buy Apple at $180 next Friday. I don't care because I bought Apple for a cheap price and I could hold that for another 2-3 weeks and end up grinding it all the way back up to Apple being worth $180. $90 per share, and they also paid me just for buying Apple at $180. So it's a win. I don't really lose in this scenario. That's why I say this is more so low risk and, um, less stressful, because I technically don't care what happens. They're gonna pay me just for making— just for me pressing review order, I'm gonna get $12 inside of my account. And let's say next Friday and Apple was at $188 and it didn't reach my— the number that I said I'm keeping that $12 and I don't got to buy Apple. That's a win. I keep my $12 and let's say Apple is below $180, I got to buy Apple cheap. That's a freaking win. This is a win-win situation. Now obviously there is more to this, but it's some simplest simplicity, right? Simply put, I should say, um, that's exactly what it is. That's exactly what I did. So when you see me with these Tesla put, Microsoft put, Meta put, Google put, That's exactly what I did. I just said that Meta, by the time Friday hits, which today is Friday, I don't think it's gonna be below $445, but if it is below $445, I'm okay with buying Meta at $445. That's all I said. But as you see, Meta is at $468 right now. So I don't have to buy Meta and I gotta keep my money. Like they literally paid me $234 for making this contract. If I go here to Tesla, Tesla paid me $610 just for making the contract, and I don't even have to buy Tesla. Um, Google, same thing. Google paid me $112 just for making the contract. Microsoft paid me $153 just for making that contract. Now, these trades right here cost me the most, right? Because these are more so like lower risk, but I need more capital, right? So a lot of people that don't have as big accounts as me, you can't really do something like this. But these up here, which are called put credit spreads, are great for people who don't have a lot of capital and you can still make a lot of money. And basically the only difference between this, which is a put credit spread, and something that's just a put, is I basically put a stop loss. But putting a stop loss also kind of increases the risk because then if I buy Google at 143, because it goes down to 143, I have to buy it at 143. But worst case scenario, it goes past 143 and goes to 141, I don't have to do anything, but I just technically lose the trade. But let me explain. I know that might sound a little bit confusing. That's why I said 100 times, I suggest y'all get the, get the entire course, the Discord, all that stuff so you can fully understand it, because I'm trying to explain it within a 15-minute video, but I don't know if I could do it that well. So basically here on this Google put credit spread, I bought 15 contracts as you see right here. I bought 15 contracts of this and it cost me $3,000 and they paid me $390 just for making this. So technically $400, that's more than 10% 10% return on my money in less than a week. It's literally been, what, 4 days since Monday? They paid me 10%, and I didn't have to obviously buy 15 contracts. I could have bought, um, freaking 1 contract and probably spent $250 and then made whatever, uh, whatever amount that would have been that they would have paid me. But I bought 15 contracts and spent basically $3,000, and they gave me $400 just for making that contract. And obviously Google is nowhere near $143 instead of $150. And I did this simply based off of the, the, um, chance of profit. Like, I looked at the chance of profit, whatever chance of profit I was comfortable with. Obviously, the lower down you go, the less they'll pay you. Um, the higher up you go, the more risky it is, but the more they'll pay you. I found a calm in between that I was happy with, that I was comfortable with. I placed my order, I set my, um, amounts that I wanted, and I collected my credit instantly. I collected that, that whatever, $400 instantly. And like I said, I literally did this on Monday. It took me 35 minutes to make all of these trades that I showed you guys over here, and I made what, $2,000 past week, $2,352, which is crazy. Now if we go into the Apple put credit spread that I did, um, we go down, they pay me $361, and this contract cost me, I believe about 15 contracts of it, I think it cost me like $2,600 or something like that, um, for this contract right here. And they paid me over 10% on that just for, just for giving the option to buy Apple if it goes down to $185. Like, that's absolutely freaking crazy. It's a, it's an infinite money glitch. Now obviously there are risks to this, and I'm not trying to make it seem like this is the easiest, best thing ever, but this is extremely way more passive than like the day trading that I do. You obviously don't make as much money because like with me risking $3,000, I can make another $6,000, $9,000 day trading. But that's a lot more risky if I'm day trading, let's say, NQ or something like that. This is another way to diversify your income streams. If you, if you have any amounts of money, you can diversify your income streams and make a decent amount of money passively, semi-passively. Like I said, it literally took me 35 minutes on a Monday to do this. So semi-passively make a decent amount of money on the side. That's a a lot more passive and a lot less stressful than just day trading. I'm not saying stop day trading, but also diversify and be able to make money from other areas of trading or other types of trading. So hopefully this opened you guys' eyes to just the power of trading. As y'all can tell, I'm super excited about this. I'm ready to load up freaking $20 million to this account and get to making freaking 1% a week like that. 20 million times 1% a week is what? Somebody do the math. Freaking $200,000 a week, I did it for you. Nah, but all jokes aside, hopefully y'all found value in this video. Like I said, if y'all want to watch, like, get all the same content that I literally got, the same courses I watched, the, the everything, right, just click the link down below. I'll leave it for his entire Discord, all that stuff. He's a super cool guy, super helpful, super insightful. Like I said, he used to be on Wall Street. He's been day trading— I mean, not day trading, well, technically day trading, but he's been trading options for longer than probably half my lifespan at this point. Um, that's crazy to say, but yeah, I would highly suggest if y'all do want to diversify y'all income streams when it comes to trading and learn another area, another type of trading that's a little more passive, a little more safe, click that link down below. Make sure y'all check this out. Um, like I said, I've been super excited about this. I've been telling everybody I know about it. Um, it's been super dope kind of experiencing this, and I've been putting it on Instagram and stuff like that, showing y'all exactly what I've been doing when it comes to day trading. Um, well, options trading. And, um, yeah, but that's the end of the video. If you guys enjoyed it, smash the freaking like button, I would really appreciate it.
