Stop Doing This and You'll INSTANTLY Become a Profitable Trader

In this YouTube video, the presenter warns day traders about the pervasive "account‑flipping" mindset that leads many to risk far too much of their capital on each trade. He argues that chasing large, flashy profits shown on social media causes traders to over‑leverage, blow accounts, and develop fear of taking any trade. The core solution he proposes is strict risk management: risk only 1–3% of the account per trade (e.g., $20 on a $1,000 account), use modest lot or contract sizes, and maintain a 2.5:1 risk‑to‑reward ratio. By keeping risk low, traders can enter every valid setup without emotional hesitation, survive losing streaks, and gradually scale the account—reinvesting profits to increase position size over time. He illustrates how a $1,000 account risking $20 can generate modest weekly profits, then be scaled to $2,000 with $40 risk, and so on. The video also emphasizes the psychological benefits of low risk (less stress, reduced emotional attachment) and warns that without this discipline, traders will remain stuck, possibly ending up in unrelated jobs. Throughout, he plugs his own paid "Proven/Profitable Strategies" course, providing links in the description and Instagram handle @juvair_, and encourages viewers to like, subscribe, and follow for more "gems".

This one thing could literally be stopping you from achieving all of your dreams as a day trader, and you need to stop it now. What is goodie, my people? We are back again with another gem. Listen, today I am going to be pulling back the curtains on the one thing that you're probably doing without even realizing that you're doing it, and it could literally just be stopping you from turning into that profitable day trader that you've always dreamed of becoming. So boom, we've all blown accounts, we've all lost funded challenges, we've all been too scared to hop into trades. And why is that? It's simply because we're risking too much. Now, we're risking too much due to the fact that we're always trying to flip accounts. And this is, if you want to say, a pandemic in the trading industry, whether you're trading Forex, options, if you're trading crypto, whatever the heck you're trading. This is like a pandemic. Everybody wants to flip their accounts. And I, I understand why, because I was literally exactly like you. I just banged up my freaking thing. But I was literally exactly like you, just honestly a few years ago, a few months ago maybe even. I still think like that sometimes, but it's all due to the fact that we see all these influencers on social media, we see all these traders on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, whatever, and you see them posting these huge trades. I'm kind of one of them at this point, but it's, it's very, very hard mentally for a person who's who, who's not making $100 every trade, who's not making $1,000 every trade, $10,000 every trade, to see this on my timeline every single day and then go and hop into trades and go and risk what they should risk based off of their account size. They see all these people making $10,000, but they have $1,000 inside their account, so they want to risk $500 so that they can see huge numbers like $1,000 trades, $1,500 trades, and they're risking half their accounts. All right, so boom, there is a pandemic epidemic, some type of frickin' demic inside of the trading industry right now. And it's in stocks, it's in cryptos, in forex, it's in futures trading, it's in options trading. Whatever the heck you're trading, this pandemic applies to you. And that pandemic is the account flipping virus. Account flip virus. I got no name for it. It's account flipping. Everybody is chasing the account flip, and what that causes you to do is blow accounts. Blow your funded trading accounts, not enter trades because the risk is too high. And I'm going to break down exactly how you can shift from being in that account flip mindset and losing all the freaking time to switching into an actual profitable trading mindset. Now, Josiah Stewart Stewart, how the heck do I do that? Let me first break down why we think this way. So there are a couple different reasons as to why a lot of people try and flip their accounts. It's simply due to the fact that they don't have enough money. It's simply due to the fact that they see you see all these huge profits on social media, whether it be Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, wherever it is. You see all these traders that have way more capital than you making $20,000, $5,000, $1,000 per trade, and then you go back to your $100 account and now you're trying to risk all $100 so you can see $100 profit, you know what I'm saying, versus trading reasonably, trading 2 to 3, risking 2 to 3% of your account and building it up from there. Because you already saw all these huge numbers on Instagram, all these huge numbers on TikTok, all these huge numbers on YouTube. Now you going and logging back on your computer, when you see these trade setups, you're like, dang, this is great, let me put it all on the line. And then what happens? You lose, your account is blown. Even if you win the first time, this is not a sustainable strategy. You can never keep— you're gonna have losing streaks, you know what I'm saying? You're gonna sometimes not win every day. You're not gonna have a profitable week every single time. And if you're entering into those non-profitable weeks, your account is blown because you're risking way too much. You've also probably noticed that you're scared to take trades because you know you're gonna risk this much. You're scared to hop into setups that you've seen 100 times that go perfectly with your strategy. You're scared to hop into these trades simply due to the fact that you're scared of the money you might lose 'cause you're risking too much versus if you took a 10th of what you usually risk and put it into that trade, you would have no problem doing it at all. I guarantee you right now, Every single person watching this, if they risked $1 per trade, they would hop in every trade setup they saw that matched their guidelines, guarantee. Now, if someone risking $1,000 everything, they might not be at that mindset yet, but $1, guarantee you will not be scared to enter into trades. Guarantee you've risked that $1 every single trade, you will not, um, blow your accounts unless you have a dollar account, but— or you really suck. If you suck, maybe try something else, but realistically, I'm All jokes aside, you know what I'm saying? If you're not risking a whole bunch of money per trade or a huge chunk of your account size, 'cause the number is relative to how big your account size is, but if you're not risking a huge percentage of it, there's no way you're gonna blow your account. And if you are blowing your account when you're risking 1%, 2%, then there's something extremely wrong. Let's just think logically real quick. If you have a 50% win rate, which is not high at all, if you have a 50% win rate, which means you're winning half the time, but your strategy always allows you to hit 2.5:1 risk-to-reward ratios, there's no way that you're not going to be profitable over the long run. Now, quick plug right now, you know what I'm saying? I do teach my strategies. If y'all want to learn my strategies, trust me, they are profitable. I've been using them, they've been tested over 500 times. It's multiple strategies in there. I go in-depth in each and every single one of them that I use every single day to absolutely rob the freaking markets. If that's something that y'all would be interested in, it's a link for inside that description down below, as well as inside the comment section down below. But it's a whole strategy list. I go over all the strategies that I personally use. I go over the valid setups the good setups, the bad setups, the ones you have to ignore, the ones that you might want to risk a little bit more on, you know what I'm saying? But it's all inside the link inside my description. It's called the Proven Strategies, um, or the Profitable Strategies. It's inside the link, just you'll see it, you know what I'm saying? But that was a quick plug. That's besides the point. If you have a strategy that is actually profitable, that is not just a random strategy that you got under a freaking rock, you know what I'm saying, but it has a 2.5 risk-to-reward ratio, you're gonna be profitable over the long run.. But notice I said over the long run. Most people don't make it over into the long run, over 10 days in, 20 days in, 3 months in, due to the fact they're risking too much. If they have a 3-day losing streak or 6-trade losing streak, they're completely out the game. They blew their account 'cause they're risking way too much. You know what I'm saying? Versus gradually building an account up. Now I'm gonna show you exactly how to do it so you can still see profitable gains as well as not blow your freaking accounts. All right, so let's break this down. If you have a $1,000 account, most people will risk $100 per trade, $150 per trade, $200 per trade if they're extra risky, you know what I'm saying? And that, if you have a losing streak, you're done, you know what I'm saying? You lost your whole account, you blew your whole account. Versus if you have a $1,000 account and you're only risking $20 per trade and you're consistent with this, you can actually make decent money. Now, decent to you might be higher than or lower than what I consider decent, but let's just break down the numbers realistically right now, you know what I'm saying? This is just the start starting point. Keep in mind, I'm gonna show you how to scale it up and make it a little bit better. But let's say you have a $1,000 account right now and you're risking $20 per trade. How many accounts have you blown? How much money have you lost? All of your freaking accounts. That's why you're here watching this video, because you're struggling, you know what I'm saying? So you've lost $100, $1,000. Every single dollar you've ever put into trading accounts, you've probably lost, or the majority of it you've lost. So you're not net positive on none of your trading, you know what I'm saying? What if you made an additional $60 every single, or $120 every single week, you know what I'm saying? That's way more profitable than you were before, and you can do that if you're risking $20 per trade, you know what I'm saying? Everybody wants to see these huge numbers, $500,000, $1 million per trade, you know what I'm saying? But you're not there yet. You don't have account size big enough for that yet. If you have a $1,000 account, risk $20. You— if you have a $1,000 account, you probably do not care that much about $20. I'm not saying that it won't hurt you or nothing like that, but it's not detrimental versus if you lost $100 versus you've lost $200. It's not detrimental at all. And what that does for you, that allows you to not be scared to enter trades. Because how many times have you set up a trade, you saw a trade that was about to happen, you said, this is my perfect setup, but you were scared to hop into it because you just talked yourself out of it? And the reason you talk yourself out of it is because how much money you're going to risk. Versus my analogy in the beginning, if you risk $1, you would not care. You would hop in every trade setup that matched your trading rules. Same thing with $20, because you can up it a little bit. Of it, right? So let's say you have a 3:1 risk-to-reward ratio strategy that hits 50% of the time or whatever like that, right? So let's say you're risking $20 per trade. That means you're hitting— you're actually profiting $60 per trade. Let's say you lose half of the time, you know what I'm saying? I don't actually have— I didn't do the math off— this is me just coming off the top of my head. I didn't do the math off the top of my head, but let's say you lose— you trade 5 days out of the week, you lose 3 days, but you won 2 days, right? And you actually profited— you, two of your trades hit, you actually profit $120, you know what I'm saying, over the course of the week. You just made $120 and you were taking every setup that you hit. Now I'm not saying to use those exact numbers, but that's, that for me personally, I think that's a valid number. $20 if you have a $1,000 account, extremely hard to blow your account. It's ex— unless like I said in the beginning, you suck, like you're horrible and you need to go work at McDonald's or something like that. There's no way that you're losing if you're, you're blowing accounts if you're risking $20 per trade. But then once you're consistent with that risking $20 per trade thing, and then you start seeing profitable weeks because you're taking the trades that you're supposed to take and you're not being scared to hop in trades, you're not over-leveraging and losing all your trades, you're not revenge trading to make back that money because you, you don't really have a huge emotional attachment to that $20 or whatever that is for you, you know what I'm saying? If you have a $10,000 account, risk $100 versus risking $1,000 per trade, you know what I'm saying? Just cut the number down. I guarantee you, you will actually make more money. You will stop blowing accounts and you already stopped losing money from blowing accounts and having to put more money inside of your trading account. But you'll actually start being profitable 'cause you can, you have more breathing room to take more trades, to hold off into the long run. Like I said, a lot of people would be profitable in the long run if they made it to the long run. But as far as scaling up from that $20 per trade thing, Once you're consistently profitable for a month, 2 months, you know what I'm saying? Then you've been storing money to the side. Remember I said you have a job that pays you whatever amount, then you have $100 extra every single week or whatever like that? Well, imagine you have that, you know what I'm saying? You're pulling that all to the side 'cause you're saying, as soon as I'm profitable after a month, I'm gonna load more money in there. Now you have a $2,000 account and now you're risking $40 per trade. Congratulations, you just got a raise. Now you can make freaking $120 per trade in profit. If you're still using that same 3-to-1 risk-to-reward strategy. So that's how you gradually build it up. You reward yourself for doing good. You don't try and risk 50% of your account, 10% of your account. If you're not profitable, stop risking 10%, 5% of your account. Risk 1 to 3% max of your account. Once you get profitable and you're actually good and confident, you know what I'm saying, like, I don't risk that low amount anymore just because I'm more confident in my trading strategies and all that. If you want the strategies, hit the link in my bio. I mean, description, call and plug, don't care. Anyways, once you're confident in your strategies and you have more expandable money as far as you've withdrawn money, you're not net negative, you haven't just blown your accounts and lost all the money, you've actually made money and bought things with your trading money, now you actually feel like, okay, I can risk a little bit more. I feel confident risking a little bit more, you know what I'm saying? That actually comes with just like aging psychologically as well because you start believing in yourself more and you start not missing out on those trades, you know what I'm saying? But once you start getting more confident in your trading, then you can start building up, then you can start adding more money. Reward yourself for being a good trader. Don't just risk half your account to flip it, you know what I'm saying? Because flipping accounts will never work. I guarantee you, if you're trying to flip accounts and you're not profitable, you will not succeed in trading ever, at all, at all. You will be back at McDonald's. Everybody would be calling you a scrub. Everybody would be laughing at you saying you was about to be a day trader for the rest of your life. But instead you trading ketchup packets for mustard packets because they— you, you work at McDonald's. But to wrap it all up, you have to get out of this pandemic, this, this epidemic, whatever the heck-demic it is, you know what I'm saying? Stop trying to flip accounts. Lower your lot sizes, lower your contract sizes, lower the amount that you are risking, and I guarantee you, you will have a lot less stress while you're trading. You'll take your correct setups, you will not have a problem holding your trades to the take profits or holding it until, um, the specific points that you set in your trades. I guarantee you, the less emotional attachment you have to trades, the better you will trade. And that's a bar, write that down. But that's the end of the video.
