Trading fails because of psychology, not chart reading. Risk only 1-3% per trade with a 2:1 reward ratio, aim for 2-4% daily returns, and compound them. A $1,000 account becomes six figures in months if you stay disciplined and patient.

What is goodie, my people? We are back again with another gem. Listen, today I am going to be sharing with you guys a simple, simple mindset shift that helped me become profitable. Because honestly, trading used to be extremely hard for me. I used to be super stressed out trying to trade and make a profit while trading until I understood this simple, simple concept. So we're going to be hopping right into that. If you're excited for this video, smash the like button, subscribe if you're not subscribed already, and hit the post notification bell so you— I'm talking to you specifically— can be notified whenever I drop these gems. These are the type of gems that you literally would drive cross-country for, swim across the Atlantic Ocean, pull up in China, do a backflip off a building onto a trampoline, and double hopscotch into a freaking random dude's house just so you could watch these gems. I said all that to say all you got to do is subscribe and hit the post notification bell so you can be notified whenever I drop these gems because the gems is extremely valuable. But without further ado, let's just hop right into this. Wait, wait, wait, wait. Before we hop into this, y', all, I gotta tell y' all something, you know, I'm saying it's a secret. No, don't ask me why I'm wearing this and why I don't have a shirt on. I just got out the shower and I really felt inspired to just make this video. So I just threw on a roll because it's pretty cold in my house right now. I don't know why. It's the middle of the freaking summer. It's 100 degrees in Houston. But that's what I said wait for. Wait, I'm telling y'all about something extremely valuable. If you didn't know, I have a whole academy. It's called CryptFi Academy. There's a whole section on there called testimonials. Read through the testimonials, see what other people are saying, or follow me on Instagram. I'm posting testimonials every single day. People are like, oh, I just made $1,400 today. I just made $300 today. I just passed my FTMO challenge today. Like, you know what I'm saying? I'm helping people and it's beautiful that I'm able to do that. So if any of that sounds intriguing to you, click the link inside the description, sorry, or go right there, cryptfyacademy.com, and enroll now. But without further ado, let's just hop right into this. All right, so boom, training was extremely hard, you know what I'm saying? And it's not so much reading charts. I've said this multiple times, somebody can learn how to read charts and do technical analysis analysis within a couple months and be great at being able to identify the trend, support and resistance, supply and demand zones. That's not the hard part about trading. It's, it's the small part that nobody talks about, that people overlook all the time. It's the psychology. It's that, it's that mindset. Because you can be great, and I have a whole nother video on this as well, you could be great on a demo account. You could flip $100,000 demo account to $1 million. But as soon as you load up $1,000 of real account, you start losing. It's not because your strategy is bad, it's not because you don't know how to trade or identify trends or you're not following through. It's because the psychology kicks in. When it's real money on the line, you start second-guessing yourself, you start hesitating on trades, you start getting scared and closing early, you start trying to hold your position so you don't— so it doesn't hit your stop loss, therefore make you lose more money. It's just the psychology part is so drastic when it comes to trading, and nobody talks about it enough. And this one that specific area of psychology when it comes to trading is what helps shift my mindset in all of this when it came to trading. Because if you watch forex traders or watch leverage traders or crypto traders, whatever it is, you know what I'm saying, you see them posting the Lamborghinis after they just had a $500,000 day. You see them posting a new Rolex, a new AP, a new bust-down freaking, um, I don't know what other type of watch brand is it, but they posting all this luxurious stuff. Then they're posting that they just had a $20K day, a $10K day, a $15K day. A $3,000 day, a $500,000 day. You're seeing all these huge numbers and then you're looking at your trades, you're like, dang, only made $30 today, you know what I'm saying? Or you over-leveraging your $1,000 account trying to flip it to a million dollars. That's— I'm not gonna lie, that's really kind of how what I was stuck in for a long time was the fact that I thought I had to keep flipping accounts. Like I had to turn $1,000 into $10,000. I've successfully turned $10 into $1,000 2 times, you know what I'm saying? I can flip accounts, but higher amounts is not as likely because I'm risking my whole account on those $10 trades to $1,000. I'm risking literally my whole account to flip these accounts over and over and over again. And what I didn't understand is that obviously that was not sustainable. You cannot do that every day. You cannot do that every week. If you're able to just get a small percentage every single day, it'll add up and you will become profitable. You won't have to stress about getting 30% per trade, even 10% per trade, or even 5% per trade. You get a small number every single trade and you are profitable, and in the long run you guys are making money. I'm going to show you guys exactly, like, I'm going to point it out for you guys, kind of do the math on it. So just to help you guys, because I know a lot of people are saying, if I have a $1,000 account and I'm only making, uh, freaking $30 a day, I'm never gonna be able to get my Lamborghini, you know what I'm saying? Everybody wants the Lamborghini, everybody wants the luxurious lifestyle, and everybody thinks if you have $1,000 you need to be flipping that $1,000 to $1 million within 6 months or you suck and your trading is a waste of time. I'm gonna show y'all a little bit different. So let's hop into the, to the computer right now, you know what I'm saying? All right, so here we are. This is the daily compound, uh, interest calculator. It's just the calculator site.com or whatever. You can Google daily compound interest, but I wanted to bring this up just to show you guys the magnitude of small numbers. Everybody wants to see 100% return. Everybody wants to see 30% return, 50% return, 80% return. Everybody wants that on every single trade. Now, if everybody could do that, we'd all be freaking billionaires, you know what I'm saying? That puts so much stress on you though with— if you're trying to get a 50% on each trade, if you have a $1,000 account, that means you have to get $500 per trade, and that is very, very, very, very unlikely to do that multiple times over. But you know what is easy? To get a $50 trade for— on your $1,000 account every day, or every other day, or however works for you. Cut down your expectations, cut down your numbers, and Don't, don't cut it down as far as your goals, but cut it down like overall goals, like long-term goals. Let's say you want to make $100,000 a year, you know what I'm saying? Don't cut it down. Cut, cut, cut it down into smaller time frames. You don't have to get $100,000 today or tomorrow. If you're able to get 2, 3, 4% per trade, like I said, 4% of $1,000 is what? Come on, $40, you know what I'm saying? Like, do you think you can get $40 on a trade every single day? Well, multiple times in, um, a trading week? Yes, you probably can. Of course we're going to lose some. There's nobody with 100% win rate, and I don't want y'all to get confused and be like, oh, Juvier said everybody can get 4% a day, and if I get 4% a day, I'll be a billionaire by the age of 3. Like, shut— I didn't say that, you know what I'm saying? I'm just saying it's very easy to wrap your head around getting a $40 trade with a $1,000 account. I'm talking about a $1,000 account right now just because that's like a smaller number that most people can grasp in their head. And a lot of people, they start off with $1,000 or $500 or $10,000, whatever it is for you. I thought $1,000 was just a good middle ground. So that's what I'm saying, like $1,000, 4% on a trade at $1,000 is $40. Do you think you can get $40 on a $1,000 account, um, in one trade? Yes, it can happen, because I tell people all the time, when you're in trading, it's all about risk to reward management. So if you're able to— if you're risking 1 to 2% every single trade, max 3%, I don't suggest risking over 3% per trade of your entire portfolio. But if you're risking max 3% per trade, you're always supposed to have at least a 2:1 risk-to-reward ratio, preferably like a 3:1 risk-to-reward ratio or higher, but 2:1 works as well. I usually like to go for 2 or 2.5:1 risk-to-reward ratios per trade, but— and if it's less than that, I'm not taking the trade no matter how good it looks. But you should always aim for not a 1:1 risk-to-reward ratio as your, your win percentage is probably not going to be over 50%. Um, so you want to be able to make up for that in your trades. But I'm saying all this to say, don't risk more than 2-3%. And if you're risking 3%, I said have a 2-to-1 risk-to-reward ratio. So that means your reward for each trade will be 6%. But like I said, we're going to lose some, we're going to win some. But let's just plug these numbers in just so I show you guys, right? Um, I actually don't even know how much this is gonna be. This could be a very low number, but I that then they'll make the whole video kind of pointless. But I didn't actually do the math beforehand, but I'm assuming it's pretty good because I know compound interest. Compound interest, if you ask Warren Buffett, it's the freaking 11 millionth wonder of the world because it's just ridiculous, you know what I'm saying? But let's say your principal amount is $1,000, right? Let's say you're able to earn, um, 4% a day, right? 4% a day. Let's say you're, you're risking 2% per trade and you're trading one time a day. This is on average. Obviously these numbers fluctuate all over the freaking place, so don't come at me talking about Oh, you can't get 4% every day or I can't get 5%. I'm just, these are figuratory, fig, figu, figu, fictional. I don't know. These are, I'm just giving y'all examples anyway. So let's say you're doing this for 6 months, right? Let's say you win half of the time and let's just say 6 months. So say this amount would be at the end of the year because let's say you won half of the trades or whatever. But let's just put 6 months in here, right? Then the daily reinvest rate, let's say you do take some profits out, but you reinvest 75% of the profits. Or yeah, I think the same, let's do 80% 'cause I think that's gonna be an easier number to calculate. So our principal amount is $1,000. We're getting 4% daily for 6 months. So if it's for a year, you're probably gonna lose half your trades. So that's why I put 6 months, but really in reality, I'm thinking like a year in my head. But let's just say 6 months, 4% a day, and you're reinvesting 80% of it 'cause you took 20% profits to go buy yourself a little Rolex watch after the day. Went on or whatever like that. So let's calculate how much you will have. $318,000 at the end of this 6 months. Well, at the end of the year. And you would have taken out $80,000. Your initial investment was $1,000. And your total interest and earnings was this amount. But now like your account is sitting at, you started with $1,000 in your account. Now your account after 6 months or a year, because like I said, I just split, a year and a half, 'cause you're probably gonna lose half of your trades. Now your account is sitting at $318,000, and if you've taken out almost $80,000. The only reason I'm showing y'all this example is not for y'all to go and just stress over getting $300,000 in one year. I'm just simply wanting to show you guys how small numbers add up. 40% daily is $40 a day on a $1,000 account. And that's of course, if you do it every single day, if you're able to do it for, uh, 50% of the time in a whole year. Um, but I just wanted to show y'all you don't have to aim for a $500 day on a $1,000 account. You don't need 50% a day, you don't need 20% a day, you don't need 10% a day. And once you understand that, the pressure is off. You don't need to go for these huge, um, trades that are risking your whole account just because you want to see these huge numbers and want to see huge growth on your account overnight. You need to be patient. That is the one strategy or one tip that I really had to comprehend. I did not need to make 30% a day. I did not need to make 20% a day, 10% a day. I could make 3% a day. I can make 4%. I can make 2% a day, and I'd still be making money in the long term, a crazy amount of money, as long as I'm compounding it and compounding it, you know what I'm saying? Obviously, like I said here, I was taking— this is, um, taking out 80% of or this is taking out 20% of the money that I made here. So I'm still able to take profits out while I'm compounding it. But that's just— it's— I'm just— this is all I wanted to show you, honestly. But anyways, that is the end of the video. Hope I was able to shine some light for you guys and kind of put it into perspective that you don't need these super big trades. Get small trades and just work on consistently getting these smaller trades, consistently on these smaller trades. It's not the home runs that make you rich. It's the consistent little trades. That's what I had to understand for me to become profitable, because I wasn't stressing over blowing accounts due to the fact that I'm overleveraging my account just because I'm trying to get these huge gains over freaking night, you know what I'm saying? But that's the end of the video. Hope you guys enjoyed. I hope you guys were able to get something out of it. If you did, smash the like button, you know what I'm saying? Let me know what you guys think in the comments down below. Is this something that you guys struggle with, trying to flip accounts every single time, or trying to get these huge gains every single trade. Just slow it down, you know what I'm saying?
