Joshua Riggs shows how to build song arrangements in ProPresenter using reusable building blocks. Edit one block and it updates everywhere in the arrangement. The Arrangement tab lets you quickly assemble verses, choruses, and bridges without duplicating work.

So I just imported this song, I formatted the lyrics, but now I want to build out the arrangement. Instead of copying multiple slides and then pasting them, use the building blocks to build out your arrangement. So click the Arrangement tab right here, go over to Master, click the dropdown and click New Arrangement. Call it whatever you want. We usually call ours Default. Now you can use these building blocks of the song to build out your arrangement. So after verse 2, we're going to sing the chorus again. We're going to do the bridge 3 times, and then we're not going to do this interlude, so we'll take that out. And then we're going to come back and do the bridge a 4th time at the very end. So now the arrangement is built out, ready to go. And the awesome thing about this is that when you make a change to one of the building blocks, it updates every instance. So if I were to make an edit on this slide, it would update for every single chorus. Hey, so the free ProPresenter volunteer training is at this website. You can go there right now, but you need to hurry because the free training goes away on September 11th. So get the free training while you can.
