Okay, so you've got a presentation and the lyrics are just kind of all over the place. What's the fastest way to get these cleaned up so these line breaks actually look attractive? Well, you can right-click on the slide and then edit the slide, and then you could go in and adjust your line breaks that way. There's actually a faster way, and that's by using the reflow editor. So if you click reflow, so this will give you all of your text on one side and the thumbnail view on the other side. So we can look, and let's say we want to put this on 2 slides. We want to put those 4 lines and break it up into 2. Well, just put your cursor in front of where you want the break to be. And then on a Mac, press Option+Return, it will automatically add that to another slide. So you can do that, go through and do that multiple times here. And you can see it's on another slide, but we still need to clean that up. So then you can just take this reflow editor and clean that here and clean that here. And so now the slide actually looks good. But what if you want to combine slides? Instead of having to copy this and then paste it, you actually can just put the cursor before and then press Option+Shift+Delete, and it will put all the text on one slide on the previous slide. Or if you want to redo that, Option+Return, and it will add it. What if you want to add to the next slide? You can do Option+Shift+Return, and it will add the text to the next slide. So Reflow Editor is your friend. It's a great way to quickly format your lyrics. Hey, if that was helpful and you like that, go to this link right here and you can get free training.
