Joshua Riggs walks through three yellow warning symbols in ProPresenter: missing media (relink from the media bin), text boxes too small (expand until the plus icon disappears), and hidden blank spaces (use the Reflow tool to find and delete them).

Okay, I get this question all the time. What do these yellow hazard symbols mean? Well, they can mean different things, but if you mouse over it long enough, it will give you a pop-up and say, okay, media is not found, which means that media element was moved from its original location. So ProPresenter doesn't know where to find it. So you might just need to go back to your media bin and drag it back in. And there's your media. This one, if you mouse over it, it will say that one or more of the text boxes on this slide is too small, causing the content— it gives you the full description, right? So To fix that, right-click on the slide, edit the slide, and notice how the text block has this little plus button. I need to actually increase the size of that until that plus button goes away. And now when I come back to show, now that hazard's gone away. And but sometimes you can even see that there's a hazard, but everything looks fine. You can see all the text in here. That probably means that there's extra spaces either before or below. The easiest way to find that out is go to reflow. So look at all those extra spaces before and above. So I'm just going to delete those extra spaces because we don't need that messing up our formatting. We come back to show, now the hazard is gone. Hey, the ProPresenter training course has all of these different modules. These are all the things that you can learn about ProPresenter. The course is available between now and September 11th, this Friday. So go to this website right now so you can get the course.
