Joshua Riggs shows how to resize text across all ProPresenter slides at once. Go to Show view with no slides selected, then use the Text tab's Size field to change the font size for everything instantly. You can also adjust alignment, color, font, and case from the same tab.

Okay, so I have some text that's too small for my slide. What is the fastest way to update this text? Now you could right-click on the slide and edit the slide and then select all the text by pressing Command+A and then coming up here and changing the size if you wanted to, but that would take a long time to do for all these slides. Instead, go back to Show, make sure that none of the slides are selected. So if it's orange, that means it's active. If it's blue, that means it's selected. So none of them are selected. Now you come up here to your Text tab, click on Text, and then right here where it says Size, you can type in whatever size you want it to be. I'll press 80, and now my text is perfectly the right size. You of course can also make other changes if you want to center, left align, top align, add a stroke, add a shadow, change the color, change the font, make it all caps, make it regular case, all of that from your Text tab. Okay, follow for more. There's a link in the comments for free ProPresenter training.
