Joshua Riggs shows how to add a second Bible translation to a ProPresenter slide. Add the translation via the plus button, switch to a "2 Translations" theme, then rename the four text blocks in Theme Editor to Reference 1, Scripture 1, Reference 2, Scripture 2 so both versions display correctly side-by-side.

Hey, how can you show 2 versions of scripture in ProPresenter at the same time? Well, it's actually pretty easy. So notice I've got my one version here, English Standard Version. If I come over here and click this little plus button, that's going to put a second translation up. And now I can choose NIV or any other translation that you have installed. But notice it says scripture verse and reference, but then I've got none and none. So now I just need to change my theme to allow these boxes to correspond with the scripture. So I'm going to come up here to Options, and then I'll go to Slide Options, and then under Theme, I'm going to choose my theme. I'm going to choose this one, 2 Translations. And now you can see that I have 2 translations. I can show them simultaneously, the ESV and the NIV, at the same time. So now the important part is in the theme, go to Theme Editor, And you'll choose your layout here. Notice I have 4 text blocks. I have Scripture Verse, Reference, Scripture Verse, and Reference. Now I've renamed these. You can right-click on these and rename them, by the way, but I've renamed them Reference 1 and Scripture 1, Reference 2 and Scripture 2. So now if we come back up to Bible and we look at our boxes, I've got Scripture Verse 1, Reference 1, Scripture Verse 2, reference to. And that's how ProPresenter knows where to put the reference and where to put the scripture when you're doing multiple translations. Hey, if that was helpful, follow for more. And I've got a brand new volunteer ProPresenter training coming up on September 1st. Join the waiting list by
