ProPresenter's clear action buttons let you wipe content from specific layers. Right-click the clear all button to create custom Clear Groups, assign icons and colors, and limit clearing to just the layers you want, like Announcements only.
Okay, here's your ProPresenter tip for the day. In your preview window, these are your clear action buttons. If it's red, that means there's some content that's active on that particular layer. So you can clear the individual layers or you can clear all. But what you might not know is that if you right-click on the clear all, you can configure clear groups. This will allow you to create your own Clear Groups, which you can create a custom icon and even give it a color. And so this clear group will only clear the messages and the announcements layer. And so when I click on that, you can see I only have my announcements layer active. I clear it and that will clear my announcements without clearing my other layers.
