We're talking about full ProPresenter control from anywhere in your building. In this video, I'm going to walk you through every feature, show you real-world scenarios where the remote will save your Sunday, and teach you exactly how to set it up and customize it your workflow. Okay, let's dive in.
Okay, first things first, you want to go to the App Store on your phone or your device, search for ProPresenter Remote, download the app, and then click Open.
When you first open up the app, you'll probably see your libraries.
I just have one library called Default, but if you have multiple libraries, you'll see them listed here. At the top, you can see quickly navigate to your playlists At the bottom, you'll notice you have a remote function, and that's simply a tap feature. As you tap anywhere on the screen, it will advance to the next slide in the presentation. You also see there are timers at the bottom, which are helpful. So if you click on the timer, you can start the timer You can see the timer is counting down here. I can stop the timer, reset the timer, and even adjust the duration right from the app. You'll also notice at the top there is a grid view or a list view for pretty much every feature, so whichever view you prefer, you can choose that at the top right corner. You also see Macros where you can quickly switch between macros if needed, and you can change it to Grid View or List View and adjust how large the macros are on your screen. I'm going to go back to the Presentation Mode, and let's click on Worship Set and the song "Who Else." From here, I can click directly on a slide, and it will jump to those slides. I can also change this to list view and then clearly see the text and jump to the slides as we navigate.

In the bottom right, I can see the clear actions, so I can clear the slides or clear the background. I can also close this layer view and just have my Clear All button at the top. When I come to the remote section, I can click through. I can also tap the top left menu and see all the slides in that presentation and jump around between slides as needed. I can advance to the next presentation or the previous presentation. Under the More tab, you will see all the other primary features of ProPresenter. Including your audio list. So I can play a pad. This is in my audio library. And of course, you can change to grid view if you prefer grid view. I can see my stage. I have two stage displays, the back screen and multiview. So I can quickly change those stage displays as needed. I can type in a message text. Which is pretty cool, and then show it on the screen. Can see it here. Wrap it up, then hide it on the screen. Under the props layer, I can see all of my props and cue my props, turning them on and off with a tap. The looks menu will allow me to switch quickly between looks. And the settings menu will allow you to keep the device awake to prevent it from going to sleep. You can also, of course, share analytics, check out the privacy policy, and log out from ProPresenter. One more feature that is very handy is you can actually customize the tabs at the bottom by clicking Edit. You can then drag and organize. So if you want your Messages layer to be at the bottom or your Props layer to be at the bottom, you can swap out the orange sections. The Presentation and the More tab will always be there, but the 3 in the middle you can change to fit your needs.
