Joshua Riggs shows how to use ProPresenter's Arrangements feature to build custom song flows by dragging and dropping grouped song parts. Group your verses, choruses, and bridges first, then open Arrangements and reorder the blocks to match your desired structure in seconds.

Hey, I'm going to tell you about one of my absolute favorite parts of ProPresenter, and it's using the arrangements feature. Let me show you how it works. The first thing you want to do is make sure all of the parts of your song are grouped together. So notice I have verse 1, verse 2, chorus, bridge, etc. And you can add new groups if you right-click on a slide, go down to group, and then choose your group. That's how you can add new groups. Or if you import from CCLI or Multitracks, your groups are automatically going to be added for you. But now let's adjust this arrangement. So I'm going to click on these 3 dots here, the Arrangement tab, and notice I have these building blocks. These are my groups. So if I come down here, this is the master. If I come down here for New Arrangement, you can call it whatever you want. Let's just put New for now. So now we have this new arrangement. It's going to automatically add all of the groups in one at a time, and now you can adjust the arrangement however you want. So let's say you do the chorus, verse 1, and then chorus, verse 2, and then chorus. And then you do the bridge. Let's say you do the bridge 4 times, and then you have a, a second chorus after bridge 2. Now you can see that the arrangement is fully built out just by dragging and dropping these building blocks into your arrangement.
