Save time building your weekly ProPresenter playlists by creating a reusable template. Right-click a finished playlist, select "Save as Playlist Template," name it, then generate new playlists instantly by choosing "New Playlist from Template."
Okay, it's time for another ProPresenter training tip. This is how you can create a playlist template. Let me show you how it works. Once you have a playlist that you're happy with, and let's say it has all of the main features, your headers and all the primary elements of your service, well, there's no reason to create that playlist from scratch every week. You can right-click on this playlist and click Save as Playlist Template, then give it a name. We'll just call this Sunday, then click Save. Now the next time you want to create a playlist, click the plus button, click New Playlist from Template, and choose your template, and it will automatically create your playlist with all of your headers and all of your items already preloaded.
