Joshua Riggs shows how to make black text visible on white slides in ProPresenter. Click the three-dot menu, enable Thumbnail Background Color, and pick a background shade. The operator sees the text clearly while the live output stays unchanged.

Okay, here's another training tip for ProPresenter. Ready? Here we go. Okay, so what do you do if you have a white background and you have black text so it shows up correctly on the screens but you can't see it as the operator? Well, that's pretty simple. Come down here at the bottom, click on this, these 3 little dots right there, and then where it says Thumbnail Background Color, turn that on and put whatever color you want. And now you can see the text on the slides, but it doesn't affect the output. Now one thing to note is that it adds that thumbnail color to all of your slides. So just keep that in mind if you're using this feature. Hey, if you want more training like this, I have a free ProPresenter volunteer training coming up on September 1st.
