Create a Smart Playlist in ProPresenter's Media Bin to automatically sync with a folder on your computer. Any files you add or delete in that folder instantly appear or disappear in ProPresenter, no manual updating needed.
Okay, here's another ProPresenter training tip. Ready? Inside your media bin, you can get there by pressing Ctrl+V. You can create a smart playlist which will pull in all of the media from a specific folder on your computer. Click the plus button, then click New Smart Playlist, then choose your folder that you want. I'm going to choose Announcement Loop and press OK. And now your media from that folder will be added. Now the cool thing is if you remove a file or add a file to that folder, it will automatically be removed in ProPresenter. So if I move this to trash. Notice that file goes away.
