Joshua Riggs shows why churches mess up ProPresenter playlists and how to fix it. Use a separate presentation for each service element, add headers and color-code them, and volunteers won't get lost. He's offering free training on September 1st.

Hey, let's talk about one of the mistakes I see a lot of churches making. I'm noticing that a lot of churches are putting all of their content in one presentation, but let me show you the better way or the best way to do that. So notice here in my playlist, I have a presentation for every major element: our announcements, countdown, we've got 2 songs, we've got scripture reading, another song, hosting, then we have a sermon, then we have the post-service. Also, you'll notice I have these headers to keep my content organized. You can click the plus button here and add a new header, and then you can update the color, change the color of that header if you want to be whatever you want it to be. But this helps keep things organized, and now the volunteer, all they have to do is just keep clicking, just keep advancing to the next item in the list. Hey, if that was helpful, uh, be sure to follow for more. I've got a brand new free free ProPresenter volunteer training coming up on September 1st, and I can't wait to see you there.
