Jackson Sudderth breaks down why wholesalers stay stuck: they don't track which marketing works, their sales process is a mess, and buyers underbid on deals. He lays out three steps to scale: quantify your actual numbers, audit where your time really goes, and adopt a CEO mindset by tracking what works and cutting what doesn't.

Have you ever heard of the sunk cost fallacy? Fortune 500 companies talk about this all the time. It's destroying more wholesaling businesses than bad leads or bad market ever could. Sunk cost fallacy is talking about how if you keep investing time, energy, and money into something that isn't working, but you don't know it's not working because you're not tracking correctly, you're just going to keep burning money. And that's exactly what's happening to you. You've been wholesaling, you've closed some deals, you've made some money, but you can't really tell me which marketing source is working the best. You can't tell me what the sales process is to take a person from stranger to signed contract. And you can't tell me the exact DISPO system to get all of your deals to the closing table instead of losing 75% of them because your buyers are offering $5,000 to $10,000 lower than what you got it for. I talked to hundreds of wholesaling companies a year and literally they all said the same thing. We're so close, we're on the edge, but just not there yet. Cool. Almost there though. It's still not there. So you need to identify what you need to fix right now in order to get there. And I'm about to explain that to you right now in this video in 3 steps. So hit the follow button and save this because you're surely going to want to come back to it, especially on your next deal. Step 1: How long have you been at this level? Like, how much are you doing per month right now? Write that down. And how many months have you been doing that? If your months look like this, you don't have a business, you have a side hustle. But we're going to turn this into a business with step 2. Do a time audit. What portion of your time generates the most revenue? And I can tell you it's either A, offering sellers, or B, getting offers from buyers. Everything else needs to be delegated, or you need to do it in a time where you can't be talking to buyers or sellers. For example, if you want to pull a list, you do that shit at night when everyone else is asleep. Because when you have the opportunity to be selling and offering, that's what you need to be doing. It is the only thing in wholesaling that generates revenue. And step 3, the wholesalers who are actually successful doing this, they don't just add more volume, they change identity. They become real CEOs. They become CEOs. They identify what is working, what is not working, double down on what is working and cut what's not. Then they track, figure out what bottleneck they hit next, pull the correct levers, and scale even more until you have the business that serves you. It's been the dream you've always been looking for. And I teach exactly how to build this business on my page, from the sales process to the marketing to the KPIs, all that. Hit the follow button and go through my page and go make some money.
