Jackson Sudderth argues debt builds wealth faster than Dave Ramsey says. He finances an $80,000 truck to keep cash for rental properties, expecting $3,800 monthly profit and a full first-year tax write-off. He claims $40,000 monthly income using this debt strategy.

Dave Ramsey was wrong about everything. Debt was one of the most powerful tools ever created for money multiplying. And I'm going to show you exactly why you should finance everything. I'm in the market for a new truck and I won't be paying cash. Let me tell you why. I'm planning on spending around $80,000 for the truck. My monthly payment will be somewhere around $1,300. And don't forget, they be taxing on insurance these days. So I'm sure I'll pay a minimum of $300, which will bring my total to around $1,600 a month. Now, if I bought this cash, I would have spent $80,000 and it would have had a depreciating asset plus $300 a month I would have to pay for. But instead, I'm going to go take that $80,000 cash and buy six to seven new rental properties. Those should make me roughly $3,800 a month in profit. So by simply financing the car, I'll be making an extra $2,200 a month. At PS, I can write off the entire purchase price of the vehicle in the first year and I'll be financing the entire thing. That's the power of debt and knowing tax strategies. I make $40,000 a month using debt to scale my real estate business. And I made a video breaking down everything you need to know to get started as well. DM me God on Instagram and I'll send it to you for complete.
