This is so painful. On a real note, the scaling phase of building your company is so painful. I'm currently in the process of scaling over 100, 000amonth, 250k month, and I feel like I've started all over again because I have to watch what I spend. I can't buy whatever I want, and I feel like I'm kind of broke. During the scaling phase, you have to spend a lot of money hiring people, new marketing strategies, testing things out, and determining what you need to do in order to be able to scale to the next level. Now, you can minimize the pain by going straight off your numbers, but for me, it wasn't just increasing more marketing or hiring new people. The foundation of my issue was two things. One, the cash conversion cycle, meaning how long did it take from us to get a lead to actually getting paid. And second, what leverage did I need to pull to increase revenue? So the past three months, I've been trying to figure out all of that, and it's been test after test, dollar after dollar. But we're finally starting to see the needle move forward. 250k a month is just moments away. I can promise you that.
