Free Real Estate Training

So I just wrote out like a free training that I'm going to do. I'm going to make a free training that goes into leverage versus cash, which is risk versus stability, and then how to like your expected returns, how to calculate those expected returns, where to find properties and how to negotiate the deals, how to write an offer, how to go through due diligence, how to secure lending, how to find property managers, how to market the property and then how to lease the property and then how to scale and repeat. It seems like a two hour long video when I get into the nitty gritty of it, but I think it'll be beneficial for everyone to like get in here and learn. This will also be some cool content pieces, so I'll get that up and running here soon. I think that'll, that's going to be a really, really awesome video.
