If I only had $1,000 in 30 days to make $30,000 wholesaling here is exactly what I would spend every dime on and every hour doing. First, I would go to prxium.com and buy 20 inbound statewide leads while they still have a $50 promo going on. Then as soon as the lead hit my email I would call them instantly using a word for word seller script. If you don't have one comment script below and I'll DM you, then at least one to two deals out of those 20 leads should close using our script. Your average deal should be $28,800 because that is what we average on all of our transactions. And send them a simple contract on esign.com it's free and once you have that contract you're going to go to Facebook Marketplace and you're going to list that property with pictures as for sale by owner. And you still want to price it at a discounted price so it can move quickly within these 30 days because the goal is to sell it to a cash buyer. Then once you have a buyer, you're going to assign the rights to the contract to that buyer. And in that contract it's going to say get the difference between the original purchase price and the new purchase price with the buyer.
