You don't need a single dollar to invest in Section 8 rentals. My last investment property cost me zero dollars out of pocket. I'm going to show you exactly how I did it. I consistently posted on Facebook until I found someone who would sell me their property. Finally, a woman agreed and based on her circumstances, she wanted an offer. 80% at market value. There wasn't enough room to buy in cash, so she agreed to let me take over her current mortgage. We call this a subject to transaction. Step two is I put the property under contract and called up one of my private lenders and had them lend a second position. Leave. Step 3 I had the private lender pay for the down payment. I closed on the property and spent a couple hundred dollars to get it up to section 8 code. Then I went to the HOUS and got it on a Section 8 program to get guaranteed rent each month by the government. I'm currently under contract for four more units for my Section 8 portfolio and I'm striving to help people just like you do the same. So DM me Blueprint on Instagram and I'll send you a 100% free course that'll show you exactly how you can do the same.
