I am a chameleon. But you have to be if you want to be successful. Because success comes from influence. And to influence someone, they need to like, know and trust you. For example, deep down in my heart, I'm a cowboy. I love riding horses, I love riding bulls, I love going to the farm, all that. But if you know cowboys, literally cowboying is their whole life. Like, they don't chase money, they don't really do anything else besides cowboy. So when I'm with them, I don't really talk about money, I don't really talk about business. That's just not what they are interested in. Now, the complete opposite end of the spectrum, which is like all my richest, wealthiest friends, I've earned my seat at that table. So I can talk business, we can shoot the shit and we can figure out and problem solve together. But all we talk about is business and money. And then the other ones are the Y ends. Most of the time they're all about having fun, all about the hustle, but they just a little bit dangerous with the Swiss cheese and you know. But here's the real truth. When you want to get along with people, all you have to do is find something you guys have in common and then latch onto that. You're going to feel like you guys have a really tight bond and that you guys can trust each other. If you want real influence, you want real power, you have to blend in with your surroundings. Because as soon as people have identified that you have the power, you lose the power.
