One of my houses caught on fire today. Everyone wants to be an entrepreneur until it's time to be an entrepreneur. So I'm sitting here, I get up early, I'm working. I'm really trying to generate some revenue today, and I get a phone call from my property manager. And I know if, you know, whenever you get a phone call from your property manager, it just sucks because you know something bad's about to happen. I'm like, oh, the tenant didn't pay this month up. We're gonna have to fix the toilet. No. She goes, hey, jt, how are you? I'm like, good, My. How are you? She's like, oh, I'm fantastic. And I'm like, oh, this isn't a bad culture. But I have bad news. I'm like, like, here it is. She's like, yeah, one of your houses caught on fire today. And I'm like, The fire department came out, and don't worry, the tenants are safe. Her kids are safe. Everything's fine. Just. It's. Yeah, you better call insurance for a claim. So I do have insurance, and it's a blessing. But, guys, ah, most people can't even say they own one home. Most people can't even say that they have tenants. Most people can't even say that they're an investor. So at the end of the day, guys, I'm still blessed, but damn, this life is stressful.
