The fortune is not in the follow up. The fortune is having the skill set to one call close. I analyze people's wholesaling real estate businesses every single day, and I notice those who generate more revenue always one call close. The best closers always won't call close because the odds you even get to talk to the person after they hang up the first time is like 50%. So stay on that call until they hang up on your ass or say yes. The key to a one call close is offering as many options as possible with as many frames as possible until you get them to say yes. Sales is all about problem solving. So if you can offer them a solution that actually makes sense, why would they not say yes? You just have to frame it well enough for it to make sense in their head. In order to do that, you need to know the problem. So ask better questions. And when you ask better questions, the people literally tell you exactly what they need in order for you to win. So you keep following up. I'll keep one call closing and let's see who makes more money.
