This property here specifically, I'm purchasing for 107,000. I think market value is more like 160,000. We did a lot of negotiating on this deal. It's pretty sweet. But yeah, I wanted to stop here and let you guys know exactly what we're going to be doing today, which is going to check out this rental property and I'm going to. I'm going to take you through the rest of my day with me as well, which will be pretty cool. But I buy this one in three days. This is our final walkthrough today with the tenant.
