Section 8 gave me almost $5,000 passively a month while I was still in college and I'm going to show you exactly how I did it for completely free. Section 8 is a government guaranteed program that pays rent for low income individuals. Personally, it's my favorite form of investing because the rent is guaranteed, the tenants are great, and honestly, you get to help people out. Let's break down my business model step by step. I look for houses to flip all across the Southeast. That's my main source of business. When we find cheaper deals in areas where renting is more common than homeownership, we buy the properties for Section 8 rentals instead of flipping. We contact our private lenders who give us a short term loan for the down payment or we just partner with them. In general, it depends on the condition of the property. Step three is we close on the property and do any repairs needed to make sure it passes the section 8 inspection. Then we refinance the property and pay off all of our private lenders. That was the easiest way to make $5,000 a month completely passive without bringing anything out of pocket. I have an hour long video exactly how you can go from $0 to making almost 50k a month of real estate. So go ahead and DM me blueprint on Instagram and I'll send it to you for free.
