Bring a handyman to your Section 8 inspection so you can fix problems on the spot. Handle major items on the checklist beforehand, then tackle minor issues like paint touch-ups and loose fittings during the visit itself.

So here is why my section 8 inspection periods go way better than everyone else's. When we have our inspection scheduled a handyman will be at the property with with the inspector or someone who can at least do any fixing they require for one I've already fixed the big ticket items that are listed on there that are listed on the Section 8 checklist that I provided for you. If it's not on there then it's going to be something small and if I got a paint your boy will paint does that make sense? If there is a water pressure issue and it's because the shit's not screwed in tight enough I'm getting under the sink and screwing it in tighter. But I would have a handyman do this because I'm a pretty boy honestly I don't get dirty I don't do that stuff. I barely know how to change a light bulb so I send a handyman out but say you have experience do it yourself right? If you're going to self manage.
