So I'm here to purchase this property. The tenants keep it in pretty good condition, as you can see there. Obviously it's not the cleanest, but you can see they keep it in pretty good condition. My biggest issue is, is we couldn't find any of the HUD tags. So when you're purchasing permanently affixed mobile homes or manufactured homes, they have like HUD tags where they've been like. I guess. How do I put it? It's almost like their title, right? So it's like their manufacturer code. And I couldn't find it on this one, so that's going to be an issue. But otherwise the property's in good condition. Roof's five to seven years old. H vac, five to seven years old. It's a good deal. I'm gonna have to work with the title company to figure this out. I'll have to call. Called them a few times this morning, but there was no response. This is more than 1% rule. They're getting 1550 rent right now. Tenant pays all utilities.
